The waiter was very nice and attended, I think his name was Sean. The place was clean, it was crowded, but not noisy.

Parking: It was crowded. I guess that's why parking was difficult. There are not enough handicap spots.

Kid-friendliness: My grand was completely satisfied with her meal.

This is like most Chili's as far as food and atmosphere. The staff was very fast with initial service but don't expect attention when you need to go and don't expect a drink to go, they have your money so get out. The bathrooms were clean and the tables appeared well cared for and clean. The entrance is on the side of the building facing Lazy Boy with parking mostly around the side and back. The food was average for 🌶️ which is a compliment. You must ask questions for what you want because the staff doesn't ask if you want specific sides or to upgrade. I missed out on the upgraded side I wanted because I forgot to ask. Shame on me.

Ordered kids pizza with corn on the Cobb, and 2 burgers with fries. Burgers were the only thing good really. The pizza was pizza nothing special, but corn tasted terrible. It tastes like corn that was either cooked in used water or was sitting in the water too long. It wasn't seasoned the way the usually season it either. The fries were also pretty bad. Tasted like bad potatoes were used, but I'm not sure if Chili's uses fresh potatoes so idk what could have led to the taste. For the taste, service, and money spent I should have went to Chubby's.

They changed the pickup to where you have to go inside to grab your food. I liked it better when I could stay in the car and have it brought out.
