The host Lynde is ALWAYS so kind when I come in and always has the biggest smile! I haven’t be to Chilis in a hot minute and I always get the deal with the triple dipper the drink, and then an appetizer, Liz my waitress was EXTREMELY rude when she came up to the table, she asked me if I wanted chips and I told her I was trying to find the deal and and she proceeds to ask me if I want chips not even trying to help me I said I’m trying to find the deal and she still proceeds to say just tell me if you want chips or not in the most rudest way and then shows me that they took the deal off of the menu. You’re supposed to help your customers with kindness not be rude about it.

Went to pick up my order. Waited 15 minutes, just to have the person behind the counter greats me with, what you got. Totally unacceptable. What has happened to manners in the service industry

I would love to start off by saying Chilis will ALWAYS have my business. I've been coming to Chili's for most of my life and I love the food. The service was quick and friendly, as usual and I loved that. My family loved that.

However... I wasn't very impressed today, unfortunately. I let my server know that I have a pretty serious dairy allergy and that I cannot have dairy. I studied the allergen menu (located on the kiosk!) and our server was very helpful with all of my questions. But....my food came out with layers of cheese on top and most of my fries were touching the cheese. The server apologized and admitted that she didn't ring it up as a dairy allergy and didn't input my order with no cheese. Mistakes happen and I'm not angry with her, but because of that, I was unable to eat with my family, which really sucked.

She made sure to get me a new burger with no cheese or dairy of any kind as quickly as she possibly could on a Saturday after graduation rush, but I hope that the servers at this location can learn from this situation. Allergies and food safety should definitely be taken VERY seriously! I could've ended up in the hospital if I didn't notice! Scary. It makes me, and other people who suffer like me, want to skip eating out and just eat at home. That can seriously affect business!

Use your preferred delivery service, probably average once a month, not certain we’ve ever gotten an order 100% correct, today no salad dressing, which is a key component of the Quesadilla Explosion Crispers Salad. We called in the past to try and remedy the problem, only offer was to come pick up the missing item/items. If I wanted to pick it up and save a couple dollars, I wouldn’t have chosen delivery. Getting close, if not already there, scratching Chili’s off the short list.
