Ya know it started out good, other than the bartender immediately being rude when I first walk through the door. I was convinced to try Chilis for my birthday and I have never regretted a decision more. I was seated by my waitress and I immediately ordered a shark attack and mozzarella sticks now mind you these were some of the best mozzarella sticks ever. 10/10 I was genuinely excited for my experience until the 3rd time my drink had to be checked on. I immediately ordered a flash flamingo right after. Upon receiving this drink it was the completely wrong drink and my food came shortly after. I received the sorriest half rack of ribs I have ever been served. I swear the animal it was taken from was deformed. This was presented to me while the table next to me was given a perfect juicy rack of ribs. At this point I had reached the point of no return with this establishment. Dry chicken bacon ranch quesidilas soggy fries and mutated ribs. It honestly felt like I was being punished for ordering more. Very awful visit.

I love chilis but never been in this location before, last Monday I came to enjoy some drinks and the server ( I don’t remember her name) but she has beautiful honey eyes WAS AMAZING with her customer service!

Hands down the best restaurant to order from🙌 not only do they offer an abundance of food choices but they also have a pick 3 for $9.99 menu😍 my son and I ordered the burger pick 3 which came with a delicious burger,fries,drink, and a huge bag of chips and salsa per each order🤤 my order was for my hubby,son,and myself and we spent $50 including tip🤯 5 stars 10/10 top shelf restaurant will be ordering again🫶

Never got the chance to eat after my party sat for two hours watching everyone else being served. The fact that we were sat all the way in the back by the ladies' bathroom says a lot about what kind of people they are and the disrespect, egregious!

My half order of ribs and two sides were good. I also ordered the big cookie and ice cream. It was supposed to be sizzling hot, instead came out barely lukewarm. It tasted like it was taken out of the microwave early. What was especially disappointing was how there was no attempt to make the situation better (ie: offer a new one, half off on the dessert, nothing), nor any regard from the bartender, Michelle, who served me. For $9.79 for a big cookie and one mini scoop of ice cream, I was expecting better. But, the disregard was the most disappointing

Went out to eat with my fiancé and Found METAL IN OUR MOZZARELLA STICKS. When told the server she apologized and WE HAD TO REQUEST FOR NEW MOZZARELLA STICKS. She wasn’t going to offer. Then she said she told her manager. THE MANAGER NEVER CAME TO SPEAK WITH US EITHER. So pretty much they tried to off us with the metal and bearly even cared. What a great way to run a restaurant ..

The chilis on Wells road always deliver great food and service. Never have to wait long for the food and the food is always good. Service is great too. Never have to ask for a refill and are always attentive and nice.

Food came out faster then usual. Server was on point drinks were never empty and asked if everything was good many times. Quesadilla was good but a little burnt on edges which didn't make sense because it came out so fast. Other then that it was perfect lunch time meal.

My daughter said they make good burgers. My medium burger was slightly overcooked and my fries came at room temperature. Other than this it was a good visit.
