Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is more for corporate, you’ve just lost a customer because you keep cutting down portions.

Showed up Saturday at 7PM and the place was nearly empty (not surprising). Only two employees working, bowl was half full, and the chips were more than 80% air. Not only that but they were stale, soggy, and somehow undercooked.

This was also my second time here, the first visit wasn’t quite as bad, but the chips were still stale.

The queso was free for Halloween and still was very lackluster; no wonder they have to give you free stuff to come in. Portions were tiny, taste was poor, and I was still hungry afterwards.

This location needs to step it up. 1/10 would NOT recommend.

Great food. Service lacked the attention it needs. Not a very clean place. Lots of people there to work. Lots of people standing around.

My family and I love chipotle very much. Food is always great. Service is great. Only reason for stars is I have ordered online ordering twice now and both times it has been canceled where I had to go inside to place my order. I haven’t had this issue before prior to this.

Stopped in today and got the grilled chicken salad. I have to say it was the best Chipotle meal I have ever had! The ingredients were so fresh and perfect combination. Everyone there was super nice!

Great food and awesome staff. It's a treat to eat there because they are just a little bit pricey but it is worth it.

This location gives small portions and people working the line during lunch are rude. A employee told a customer she could not order a burrito even though she was currently making one. Employees says certain items can only be made if ordered online or through 3rd party delivery. I have never heard of this policy.

The people who work at this location are very nice and helpful. I love the pics de galo they make. It's always so fresh I stop in there to pick up some when I make dinner. The place is always very clean.

Close at 11, but have no food 15 mins before close and have attitudes. Close at 9pm so the workers don’t have to be upset for working an extra hour. Might kill them to work for a living.

The protein portions are so tiny! When challenged to add more, I was given one extra piece. The heavy set manager with glasses is rude and was the one to give the tiny portion. Won’t go back to this location.
