I ordered food for pickup through uber eats and apparently someone else just walked into the store and stole my food. The rude manger who was working at 5 PM on Monday the 23rd of December told me someone picked up my order and if it wasn’t me “it was and Uber problem, not hers”. When I told her that they couldn’t have shown proof that they were the ones who ordered the food she assured me that they checked whoever picked up the food and they had a ticket. When I told her that I just watched someone pick up food without showing a ticket, she changed her story and told me that it was store policy not to check anything when people pick up food. UPDATE! In a comedy of errors and terrible service, I asked for the general manager’s business card so I could contact him and when I dialed the phone number, it was disconnected. Sounds about right for this extremely sub-par franchise.

I ordered a beef brisket salad bowl with extra meat, which I did not get, but was charged for the double meat. I asked if veterans get a discount, which I was told, NO. How can Law Enforcement get a discount and the military can't.

Order wrong again, I am losing count! I can’t always stop to check my order, but I have learned my lesson. The incompetency of the people here is almost comical. Do better!!

First time coming here and definitely the last. The food had no seasoning at all. Ordered some queso and chips was stale. For that price can definitely go some where and get a bowl that tastes good.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up. They told me they didn’t receive my order because the system is down.I get things happen. But I was left with -$42.19 and no food.The manager tells you to call the 800 number and she was too busy to simply help.Even with a confirmed order on the app I wasn’t allowed to get any food but told to come side and pay again! I left calling the 800 number which is a 3rd party and you have to make a report and YOU have to follow up to see if they will refund you. I really liked chipotle and the convenience of the drive thru pick up but this made me never want to return again.Beware of online ordering here!

My only complaint is they forgot to give me a utensil for my beans. Luckily I checked my bag before I got too far. Other than that the food was delicious. I got a chicken quesadilla with veggies and a side of pinto beans. The beans were a little spicier than I anticipated but I’m a wimp when it comes to spice. The food was great though.

Why is the Chipotle so bad? Their rice is never cooked right, never get enough portions, and I've never had this problem at another Chipotle and it sucks because I live right next to it.. wish the management would step it up and teach someone how to cook rice

I have been frequently getting online order pickup here recently. I hate cooking and typically only eat one meal a day (plus a protein shake for breakfast), and a burrito bowl with all the extras is well balanced and delicious. You can get a lot of food depending on how you build it.

There are up charges for double meat and any guacamole, but everything else is able to be set to “extra” on the app for free. The bowls I’ve gotten so far have been full and fantastic. I get extra brown rice, extra fajitas, cheese, lettuce, beans… it’s a great value for sub-$10 when you load it up.

When you only get a couple things in your bowl, you might find it lacking. They’ve got portion guidelines to meet. Just because you order less doesn’t mean you get more of each thing.

The staff at this location have been great. It seems like a really solid team. I have not ever stepped foot inside but when I pull up in the drive through to get my order, the employee is always cordial and friendly. I’ve never had to wait on food. Every time so far, my order has been done by the time provided by the app when I order.

Customer service is nonexistent. Call them and you will be met with outdated AI that can’t even answer any questions and when you finally get it to call an employee nobody will pick up. How can you run a business and just refuse to pick up the phone

I'm going to stop buying burritos here. 30 bucks for two burritos has gotten ridiculous. Sorry but, all these up-charges are obscene. A bag of chips here costs $, yet you receive less portion than a free basket of chips at a Mexican restaurant. Burritos are cheaper at sit down restaurants. Why $2.70 for a dollop of guacamole? One avocado is only $1 for crying out loud!
Two burrito and I leave with a Bill of $28+
Thirty fricken dollars for two cheap fast food burritos? I think not. I'm done. Chipotle lost my business.
