Chipotle Mexican Grill

Made a delivery order through the app. The Blanding store is where the order went to. If I can see what store will be handling my food and it’s this place again I will not order. We asked for three soft tacos we got hard shells that were stale. The entire taco was unflavored. We could only eat half a taco before we gave up on it ever tasting better. I also ordered a burrito bowl and spent rewards for extra protein. I also asked for little beans. That burrito barely had a normal serving of meat let alone a double serving and they went hard on the beans. Every bite was filled with beans. I allot a certain amount of money a paycheck to eat out and this was a total waste of that money.

I have placed two recent orders from Chipotle through DoorDash, and both experiences were unacceptable.

In the first order, my burrito was cut open and the food spilled everywhere. DoorDash only gave me $4 in compensation for a meal that cost over $25.

In the second order, I ordered a steak burrito, but there was no steak in it. Again, DoorDash only refunded me half the price, which was not fair given the mistake.

When I tried to contact the Chipotle restaurant directly, I could not get through because the automated service would not allow me to speak with anyone.

Overall, I feel like I am being given the runaround, and the level of service is very disappointing.

Horrible location, every time you go all the containers with food look empty with dry food, they have to take your food to the drive true window to get ingredients. The employee couldn’t even wrapped the burrito properly. What a disappointment.

I always receive great service from this location. I come here for lunch all the time. Thank you for being consistent.

Honestly, it reminded me of Jumbo Burrito in Whidbey Island. Best burritos you're gonna find in this area.

I came in after an 9 hour shift around 3pm and there was no wait. Marley is super sweet and has great customer service skills! The food was good and the place was clean! Thanks Marley I have no complaints!

This was our first visit to Chipotle and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the chicken burrito to split, the flavor was so so delicious. The portion was more than enough for both of us. I don't usually like restaurants where I have to pick the ingredients for the entree but it works at Chipotle. We will absolutely be going back to try more combinations.

I live right next to this location and every time I come in it’s always something. This time I ordered double meat and when the young lady went to serve me the second portion the manager standing next to her told her to put less and she proceeds to drop less Barbacoa on my bowl after I payed for double so basically I feel I got a portion in a half and my meal was 24.65 it wasn’t cheap and I want my food ALL OF IT !!!

I went to this Chipotle location today (5/13/2025) around 7:25pm. They were out of rice, chicken, steak and vinaigrette! This is the second time experiencing this in two weeks. I live close by and go there at least once a week since they opened. Ever since the new manager came aboard, things have changed for the worse! Her customer service is terrible and she stands around doing nothing. Couldn’t she help prepare some foods, since they are out of some of the main dishes! Until she leaves, I will never visit this location again. I will make sure to take my business to the Fleming Island location. They have great customer service and are never out of food there!

Absolute terrible service! We arrived on 5/13 at 7:15 PM. No rice, no chicken, no vinaigrette, every table and counter was filthy and nothing was wiped down. I will not be back at this chipotle unfortunately. There has been a significant difference in the customer service, food quality, and cleanliness of this restaurant over past several months.

We placed an order for pick up, my son went and picked it up. The bag was handed to him and there was someone else’s order in our bag that had a receipt with my name on it. So frustrating! Didn’t know until he got home. Spent $25 and gave a $5 tip and this is what we get. They need to do better and check these orders properly!

I have never had a bad experience with the customer service at any Chipotle I have been. Staff are always friendly, professional, and treat every customer with respect. I am just not over the top about the food. I prefer Moe's. I don't know if I just haven't found a dish I really like yet, or my taste buds are just different. I diffiantly don't think it's fair to give them any lower than a 4 star because I know everybody's taste is different. I certainly see they are always busy, so I know people like the food. I think it's just me!
