I went in person to the counter to order quesadilla.

They had all the ingredients in front of them and said they could not order it in person because you have to order it online.

What a load of horse excrement!

They will no longer have our family business.

this used to be one of my favorite chipotle’s in the area. went today and picked up from the chipotlane and the girl handing me my food said nothing to my and forgot my chips which is ok mistakes happen. we went into the store for the chips and the same girl informs my boyfriend that they are out of chips. so why not tell me at the window where i waited 20 minutes for y’all to prepare my food when it was supposed to be ready. the girl at the register was very nice and resolved the issue but the lack of customer service was nothing compared to what it used to be. it’s a shame.

Picked up my food. Staff was rude: said hi and no one said anything back. Afterwards I got full blown food poisoning and had to miss work because of it. Never again. Don’t go here. This place is a dumpster fire!!!!

The WORST Chipotle location EVER!! I have never experienced a Chipotle like this one! They have a serious management problem! Customer service sucks! No one smiles! No one wants to look at you as they fix your food! They don't restock the food. They don't clean the area where the food is kept, they just leave it a complete mess!They don't fill the bowl even half way. What a waist of $30. ?

Really rude staff they all need to be trained on customer service ! Because if it’s not for the customer you wouldn’t have a paycheck.

So filthy every time you come in and try to order food. Could be opening and it’s dirty and greasy from lack of cleaning

Chicken is never consistent. It’s either burnt or undercooked.

Soda machines are always broken! But they don’t let you know till after you pay.

Terrible customer service they don’t want to restock none of the sides. She scraped the bottom of the container literally instead of replacing it with a full one. (We/Us) the consumer don’t have to spend our hard earned money at this franchise!! Without customers this business wouldn’t run and we’re tired. Thank God for social media.On top of their rude nasty attitudes just terrible attitudes. We need to stop entertaining chipotle we keep them going. Be advised they are scamming us proudly!

Ate here yesterday. I could tell that the staff wasn’t happy or prepared. It was 1104 in the morning and they either didn’t have any steak prepared or they already ran out. The young lady at the end that dishes out the pico di gallo and salsa verde just slammed her 6 pans into her station. She didn’t look pleased at all. This place was recommended to me but I don’t think I’ll come back.

Took 45min to get the food from an online order when the restaurant was dead. The employees were joking around with each other, on phones and not working. When I asked about our meal the cashier was rude and snapped at me. When it did finally get to me it was not even edible.

This location is a disaster, I’ve been there a few times trying to give them a chance because we all have bad days, but it’s been consistent the same issues. They don’t have all the ingredients available. I went last night at 8:30 pm and they only had chicken available. In other occasions has been lettuce or chips etc. The last time I asked to speak to a manager and all she told me was they had a busy night. It seems like this store never prepares enough ingredients for their shifts. The store is dirty and the staff is clearly not well trained and when you complain to a manager they just tell you to call corporate.
