Good food. But, they have modified menu from the older days.

Our server was delightful. I had a free bite appetizer coming to me for joining their reward club and she recommended the beignets. They were excellent. She also took my husband's order for one egg and bacon. Then she gave us the best price combo for that order, as there were only 2 to 4 egg plates on the menu. I was disappointed when Cracker Barrel got rid of their eggs in a basket, but now I really enjoy their blueberry pancakes. You should try Cracker Barrel if you have never been there. I think you will enjoy it, as there is something for everyone.

The food is great the staff is friendly and have very good customer service there are two things that I would change that would make it much better to give senior discount on meals and have larger portion on their meals they have a very small portions for the price if they did that I will go there more often thank you and I hope you can do that God bless you all

Thanksgiving dinner to go, while it's appreciated that the option was there, I was certainly disappointed the meal was Not anything like what Cracker Barrel serves in their restaurants. If you're going to order this meal at the Premium of $25 per plate($150 for 6 people), just know it will taste like something straight from a food service, not the restaurant. Next year I will either resume cooking the meal or order from someone else.

So I was informed that you guys don't offer a veterans discount, which is fine BUT you ask for donations to the dav? Your employee also found this quite funny as she seemed to not be able to control herself. But do you guys write off those donations? As a vet I'm asking.

Menu has changed. Not a lot to choose from now. Portions are smaller with a larger price. Female bathroom was dirty and smelled. Waitress was amazing though.

My family went for Thanksgiving for a second year in a row. The difference from last year was 1000% different. While the food and service is always excellent, 2023 was a long wait both to get into the restaurant (even with using the app to get on the waitlist early) and the line for paying afterwards as abysmal. This year, we were seated immediately on arrival and used the mobile app to pay the check at the table. Which a lot of other people must of also used as the checkout line had zero people when we left. Even though it was packed all the employees we encountered were cheerful and friendly. Will definitely be back.
