I like Cracker Barrel, in general, but Michelle, in the store portion, is such a huge asset, here! She's always so kind and personable with customers and seems to put a smile on literally EVERYONE'S face! It's hard to find individuals like this, as she goes far above and beyond simply cashing out the customers!

Good food, good service. Knowing your coustomer. ZERO! Do not like the management decision to change the logo. Seems like they hired some senior management with all the answers. No doubt the CEO and their other board members MISSED THE BOAT about Cracker Barrel coustomer. How many other companies have tried the is different approach. They have still have not recovered! I will take my family after church meals and $$ somewhere else.

We were very surprised with Cracker Barrel. We always went there and enjoyed the Grandma’s special which was never really on the menu. We found out that it’s now added to the menu. It was kind of like only true Cracker barrel customers knew about this hidden choice of order in the past. But the 3 things that were definitely a huge change were : 1- the change in how the inside looked. It now looks like a Waffle House which has the regular plain look inside. We enjoyed the older style look from the past. 2. The staff seemed to really push us to buy things while waiting to be seated. I was approached 5 times from 2 different people to purchase some candy that I was looking at. One woman helped me pick out candy and then came back 20 mins later to ask me 2 more times to purchase the same candy. This was insane. My family also said they were aggressively approached to purchase items while waiting to be seated. 3. Why is the old school candy linger available? There use to be boxes of candy from the 50s, 60s, 70s etc to purchase. Not any longer. I was told they did away with that. Definitely no longer the same nostalgic type store from 10 years ago. Btw, I rated the service as a 3 because although our waitress was awesome, we hated the aggressive approach from the employees in the store trying to make us buy something!

Since 1977 CB has been my go to place as I travel on business which is generally 3 days a week. My home away from home. This week in Jax I made my usual stop and was surprised and disappointed by the change. The new powers that be don't get it. They have no clue about what the originators of CB understood. When I'm traveling and head for breakfast or lunch Ii don't want to eat in a white, clinical, sterile hospital cafeteria; I want to go to grandma's. This morning I tried the Metro Diner which I highly recommend.

Remodel looks terrible. I looked at prices and I could hear how loud the dining area was without the dividers. I decided to go elsewhere.
