Had a wonderful time here with family. The service was good, the food was great, and the atmosphere was good. I thought pricing was standard for what we ordered. It was a good night. There was some confusion with the waitstaff on who was to serve our table. Unfortunately, this caused a 15 minute wait before anyone addressed our table. But it was still a pleasant experience.

This restaurant over charged me for a seafood boil and didn’t give me all my items and the manager wanted to charge me again for my missing items! Never gave me my items and was extremely rude!

Waitress for was sorry and I told her what I wanted first time I ordered and she to don't get it right and third time she had another waitress bring the ordered and she still didn't get the ordered like I told her. I think she was garage. We come once month about forty five miles to eat out me and my wife and kids. No good service that day

Unprofessional Service . Disappointed I ordered crab only and went to pick it up. No one was at the front, so I waited about two minutes. Then a male employee wearing AirPods looked right at me and walked away without saying a word ! not even a simple “Hi,” “Someone will be right with you,” or getting another staff member. Nothing.
As someone who used to be a manager in hotel and restaurant operations, this really threw me off. It’s basic hospitality to acknowledge a guest.
I ended up grabbing my own order from the counter because it had my name and last name on it. and guess what? I got home, and the order was wrong.
I honestly regret leaving a tip and ordering here at all. Hopefully during team huddles or meetings, management takes the time to train these young employees on proper customer service. This isn’t the first time -___- it’s happened three times now.

I was very please to come and celebrate my Birthday at Crafy Crab with friends. The service was very excellent especially our waitress Renee she was Awesome she meet all our needs. Ask for Renee if you want great service. The food was a 10/10 the drinks as well. We most definitely would be returning soon. I would most definitely recommend people to come to the blanding location.

We came for a birthday celebration and got the chance to meet Renee. Hands down she was BEST SERVER. Very nice, energetic, down to earth and made our first experience memorable. We definitely be returning to dine at our new favorite spot with our new favorite sever.

I’m from here and I’ve had a LOT of seafood boils in my life. I had a religious experience here. The medium spicy garlic butter sauce is the best I’ve had in my life. I tried to bribe the server for the recipe. Ridiculously good.
