Kinda upset that when you want to get a sweet treat and some Fry's at 9pm they make you wait almost 10 mins for your food to be cook. The cashier was constantly talking to her fellow crew member while I wait for my food. I could see my ice cream melting and then when handed to me cover with ice cream on the sides. Maybe instead of smoke breaks and talking they should have food ready for hungry people

Ended up with food poisoning after eating a bacon cheeseburger from this location. Absolutely certain it happened here since it was the only thing I ate all day. Got violently ill about an hour or so after eating. Will never return to this or any other dairy queen location.

Don’t go here. Employees make you wait 5 minutes at drive thru without a single word. Then when you pull up to the window to question how come nobody answered, they just look at you and run off!!

Ask for extra ketchup on my cheeseburger. So the individual making the cheeseburger decided that they would just bathe it and catch up. And it went all over my shirt, my pants, my seat belt.If you're at the point or you wish to sabotage. Customers quit your job and find Something Else.

I actually really like this location. Never had an issue with customizing my blizzards or order. My only issue is with the beef quality. In my opinion, it has a soy taste/texture to it. It doesn't taste bad, but you can tell.

I’ve been going to this same DQ for 3 years. I have also gone to many DQ’s all over Florida. Ordering this same exact Blizzard, never had an issue. Today I pull up and order my ice cream and the lady on the speaker told me, “This is not build your own blizzard. You have to pick something from the menu. I’ll do it for you this time.” Never in my life have I been told I couldn’t build my own Blizzard..? Never had a problem at this location in the past.

I’ve I’ve been going here for years. The owner is great. Unfortunately, every time I come here, the ice cream machine is down or the lobby is not open. Went there tonight. Lobby was not open and nobody would answer me in the drive-through even though other people were being served. Bad service!

Speaker is broken, had to call to place order from the speaker box. Asked if I could just pull up and give my order to which the rude and unfriendly employee said "no order on the phone" ridiculous, get it together and hire nicer employees.
