Domino's Pizza

The Delivery Insurance link, once completed, simply doesn't process. Order arrived later than quoted, cold. Thin crust was flimsy and not crispy. Both pizzas had too much sauce. Driver had a poor attitude. What's to recommend, other than to steer clear of this establishment?

My order arrived later than quoted, the thin crust pizza was cold and not crispy at all. It's so awful I wouldn't even take a bite. It's in the trash now. The delivery driver, Jordan, had a poor attitude and I regret handing him a $5 bill. The hand-tossed pizza is sub-par, but I was able to eat most of a slice. It has too much sauce and the cheese just slipped right off. I used the app's 'Delivery Insurance' feature to report it and was offered a replacement pizza within a month. This doesn't really help at all. It's just a credit for the amount I spent on just that one pizza, not the $5.99 delivery charge or the tip. Then, I clicked to receive the credit and the site just scrolled incessantly, not processing. So, I don't even have a credit. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this location to anyone. I'll go back to Five Star Pizza.

I ordered 2 pizzas for carryout on the app. When we got home we noticed they didn't put the garlic dressing on the crust. I was disappointed because we love that stuff. After we noticed I called the store and explained the issue and they apologized and said they can remake it for us but it would be a 20min drive again to pickup. They employee said they can give a $20 credit on account to cover the pizzas on the next order so I was happy with that. So I called and the employee seen the credit and said they can take order over the phone. When I started to order they said it was going to be at full price menu that means would only over one pizza when before I ordered two. What I'm more made about is the way the man spoke over the phone with such disrespect as I was trying to explain the situation.

Phone rang for 2 minutes, no one answered. Called the other location on wells only to be told im out of range. Called back here phone rang for 5 minutes no answer. Just want a pizza.

Best customer service everyone was eager to help and smiles on everyones face and the assist manger was super helpful

Nicholas was the best Delivery Driver I've ever had. If I could give 20 stars I would. A++++ Nicholas!!!

Gift cards do not work and they will not work with you because online it shows that there are no available gift card purchases for future orders when you go to check out. So $75 just burned in the trash.

I have ordered over the phone and it was canceled. Ordered online and they didn't start the order by the time I showed up 29 minutes later. I Ordered again and they called and said they were out of gas and couldn't cook pizza. Damn I loved dominoes, my favorite pizza, but dammmmm.... avoid this one
