very bad service
I have been patroning this Domino's for years. We usually have Pizza Friday in our home, so of course, Domino's had been in the rotation. I hate to write this review but the service has become very inconsistent and hygiene almost absent. There was a wave when I was getting doughy (not cooked through) pizzas. After a few times, I was giving it one more chance, and actually called to reiterate that the dough (hand tossed) was cooked through. I was informed that they were having issues with this and had finally gotten the oven repaired, and that there shouldn't be a problem. It was ok.
My biggest problem has been actually receiving extra cheese, when I order extra cheese! Today, I immediately noticed there wasn't extra cheese on the pie once they took it out of the oven, and so did another pizza maker. After she confronted the guy making the pizzas, came and dropped a few shreds on the cheese only side (the white spots seen in pic) and put it back in the oven. He already knew there’d be a problem because he came to the register when I was handed the pizza. I was upset at what I saw when I opened the box. I told him to keep it and refund me. He tried to argue that he followed his instructions for extra cheese, which was a blatant lie! If that was the “Industry Standard,” Domino’s would never get my business! He then told me to keep it and refunded me.
The thing is, it’s not about the money. I had already paid for it. After a long hard day, I wanted a loaded half and nice cheesy half. This ruined my dinner expectations.
The last thing is cleanliness. Obviously gloves aren't used in the store. The pizza maker came and operated the register, then went back and put his bare, unwashed hands in some dough. The guy that was originally operating the register, kept wiping his nose, then pulled receipts and opened pizza boxes before handing them to customers. Just nasty!
Waited 30 minutes inside the store because they got my order wrong. didn’t apologize or anything for the inconvenience.
Every time I order from this store one or two of my items are always missing. I can understand if it was once. Twice, or even three times but every time. Not to mention I tip well. I won't be going to dominos anymore and it is sad cause I order pizza twice a week.

Went here four times lately. The food was fantastic the first two times. The food was bad and terrible respectively the next two. This last time the dough seemed undercooked and there seemed to be almost no cheese. Can't recommend this place currently due to consistency issues.

The pizza is tasty — that’s the only reason I’m giving one star. The service was terrible. We waited 15 minutes just for someone to take our order, while all three staff members deliberately acted like we didn’t exist. The experience with the service was very disappointing.

Updated Review – Ongoing Issues with Order Accuracy and Preparation
I am updating my review to highlight repeated issues with the accuracy and quality of orders from this particular Domino’s location.
During a recent visit, I placed an order early in the afternoon—well outside of peak hours. I specifically paid for extra sauce on my pizza and an additional cup of marinara on the side. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived with noticeably less sauce than even a standard order, and the cup of marinara I paid for was completely missing.
This is not an isolated incident. It is the second time I’ve experienced this exact issue. On both occasions, the Domino’s app showed that the same individual prepared my order, which leads me to believe this may be a pattern rather than an isolated mistake.
I would appreciate it if management could look into this matter more closely. As a paying customer, it’s frustrating to consistently receive incomplete and improperly prepared orders. I hope to see improvements in attention to detail and overall quality control moving forward.

All 3 of my pizzas were burnt. Told the driver to have a nice night and he just turned around and walked away. What happen to nice people and good food! $51 for crap!

Updating I order a pizza and 8 piece garlic Parmesan with Ranch dressing, the pizza got out of the oven at 4:14pm I got a call from the driver at 4:16pm to asked me about my address, well I saw the arrival time changed twice, I received the pizza at 4:30pm.
The chicken was saggy as well as the pizza they were both cold I called the store and the person that answered the phone said the chicken was Garlic Parmesan hmmm it was more a reheat chicken with some sauce on top I was not able to eat it nor the pizza horrible service I would not recommend it nor order from them again judge for yourself see the pictures!! She told me she made the order herself hmmm I have gotten the chicken before and it has been crispy with different sauce on it to deep in the ranch, I didn’t get the ranch dressing this people don’t care for the customers!!
The worst Philly cheese steak I ever had it's so bad I didn't eat it Dominos pizza should stick to making pizza and leave the sandwich to a real sandwich maker.... I will definitely never order again barely any meat no onions 3 pieces of green pepper and no cheese!!!! No would not recommend it either 👎🏿

Ordered almost $30 of food and it was never delivered to my home. Then instead of reimbursing me or ensuring what I bought was properly sent to me, they offer me a bs coupon or 60 points. I always ordered from Domino's, love their food, but this has absolutely soured my opinion. Gotta find a new and reliable pizza place now. 👎

Their coupons are hard to understand and misleading. They got my order wrong. Plus i find that they use poison: canola oil for their dough. The website fails to add multiple coupons. And their gluten free coupon says Large on it, coupled with other pizza options; in a jumbled sentence. I thought I was ordering a large gluten free; and said that over the phone. Only to get a small one when I showed up. And the check out girl just froze up like she had zero customer service skills. Epic fail.
I'll never buy this crap again. Canola oil is a petroleum product; which directly afflicts your liver and makes you angry and uneasy. Nobody should digest canola oil.

We just moved to this location. Our old Dominoes was amazing but we only have had one good experience with this last one. Every time there’s barely any cheese on the pizzas, and barely any toppings like the pizza is just rushed and thrown together. I’ve even had a red curly hair in one of my pizzas that I pulled out of my mouth… we’re pretty much done with this Doninoes and would rather drive to the one a little bit further that doesn’t deliver here to see if they’re better. If not, I guess we’re just done with dominoes all together.
