Ordered my pizzas at 3:40pm today, asking for a 6:00pm delivery. By 6:40, still had no pizzas. Called up to the store and spoke with the "manager" Jacklyn. I explained the situation, asked where my pizzas were. She said they were there. I asked why they weren't here, to which she said, sorry, we're busy. Ummm...no kidding. My daughter ordered four pizzas and after waiting 20 mins past the online delivery time, she called the store. She was told that one of our pizza was sent out with another order and they had to correct it. Tried taking to the Manager to see why we were not called when the error was found out, and what was being done to correct the issue. The Manager hung up on my daughter! Not a great way to keep customers! We finally got the pizzas and they were cold, and not really tasty....read full review
I placed an order for a medium cheese pizza and cinnamon twists at 12:18, I followed the tracker and the pizza left the oven at 12:27, it didn't leave the store until 1:05. I called asking where my pizza was, because at 1:20, I still didn't have my pizza. The manager stated it was delayed due to rain and should be there soon, I asked if it was going to be good since it had been sitting around for 30 minutes, she said it was fine because it sat in the oven.
