Haven't had Dominos for several years. Thought I try it again. Got a medium spinach and Olives. The pizza was supposed to be crunchy crust. We'll it was very soft, middle was not cooked all the way, and barely put any toppings on it. I will not ever try them again.

Our family loves dominoes. I have celiac disease and find it hard to find a decent place to get gluten free pizza without getting cross contaminated. Tonight was amazing. Our pizza was perfect, hot, and so yummy. The staff working was kind and really took the time to do it right. Thank you for keeping a clean store, making great food and doing it with a smile.

My 14 year old came in and ordered wings for carry out. A manager took her order. My daughter paid cash. Apparently, that manager left. After she waited 20 minutes for wings she was then accused of trying to steal them. The staff ganged up on her. She was in tears. They called this previous manager who verified she did pay. That should never happen. For one thing nobody wants 20 minutes in the lobby for a carry out to steal it. U walk in order then pay and wait. Nobody should be treated that way. I called and the manager "Leah" said the other manager made a mistake. This is unacceptable. Poor customer service. Unbelievable. I have been a manager in a restaurant for 24 years. Never once made a customer cry. Never accused anyone of stealing unless I absolutely knew all the facts before confronting a customer. NO MATTER HOW OLD THEY ARE. THIS IS HORRIBLE MANGAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHAME ON YOU!

Keep in mind, if you order after 5 pm to 8 pm, delivery times will be a 1-1.5 hour wait. Only so many drivers for a HUGE delivery demand. But order waits in line to be made. Once made, it goes out immediately. I love their food, and have not had a problem that wasn't corrected by a manager, one time.Domino's doesn't have a NY-style pizza. They have hand-tossed, a Brooklyn,( which is thinner than a hand-tossed and cut into 6 slices, not 8) Thin Crust, or Pan in medium only.

Waited 30 minutes for my order, which contained a medium hand tossed extra pepperoni pizza, and when we got home, it ended up being a medium sausage and mushroom pizza. Now we have to wait even more time while the rest of our food gets cold so we can get our right pizza. We did try calling them, and they won't answer the phone, which is even more inconvenient for us. It's not a great experience, and I won't return to this location again. I rated 2 stars for food because we can't enjoy ALL of it hot!

Find that their pizza is delicious but wish they were a little larger. But the chicken wings are not cooked enough. They have a lot of fattiness to them. Have to spit it out. Sorry to say that but I have to be honest.Dietary restrictions: They have great options and ability to order everything within your dietary needs.
Ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza, sausage had a very bad taste. I called the store and the person that answered said she just had a sausage pizza and hers was not bad!Poor customer service and terrible
