They always put like half a drop of syrup in their drinks. I don’t know why people love Dunkin. I only ordered this for my mom who loves them when things are made right. This is why I order Starbucks 🤦🏻♀️

I ordered coffee and by default when you order on the app it comes with sugar but apparently I guess in store the people don’t do that so I got a coffee no sugar taste like crap and my second coffee didn’t even have flavor although I asked for it horrible service to start off the year also my breakfast sandwiches had cold cheese on them and they didn’t even warm them up who does that.

The majority of my order was incorrect, I didn’t realize it until I got to where I was staying. Called the corporate and was told this is a franchise so I would have to go back to the store. Drove back later (about 2 hours) and was informed they could do absolutely nothing to make it right. We LOVE Dunkin but have never had such a bad experience. Easily will not return.

Basically shoved the card machine in my truck obviously because they want me to press the tip... So I did anyway, then they give me a burnt unprepared bagel. Dude. What is going on these days. Everyone wants a tip for absolutely nothing. Never going to this garbage DD again. I'll wait in traffic across the street at the other donut coffee joint. 🤢

CAREFUL coming here, if you tell them NOT TO ADD SOMETHING , they specifically will do it just to try and ruin your day. Or they just genuinely shouldn’t work somewhere if they can’t comprehend what a customer asks. 10:30am on November 16th crew clearly needs to be retrained.

I’m 9 months pregnant & was craving donuts at 8-9 pm last night. My husband drove me & when we arrived at the drive through we were “greeted” by a VERY rude man who seemed angry we tried to order a half dozen donuts last at night even though this location is open 24 hours. He told us he didn’t have many donuts left in a nasty tone and said he would check. He came back to tell us there’s only a few left for sale & asked if we wanted them. We said yeah. He put us on hold for 5 minutes then we just gave up & drove up to the window. When we got the donuts they were all wrinkled up like someone squished them & had obviously been manhandled by an angry donut drive thru man. I still ate them but I’m dissapointed in the customer service.
Also- for a 24 hour DONUT store, shouldn’t you be able to sell donuts past 8 pm lol 😆 if not you should make it clear that once they’re out they’re out instead of having employees make customers feel dumb or a burden for asking past a certain time 🤷♀️
I placed an on line order and my drink was perfect! Service was excellent. Wish my Dunkin in Jacksonville was as good as this Orange Park location. They even had an amazing selection of DD cups! Got a cup and keychain . Just love my cup.

I have encountered rude employees before but this one takes first place. Terrible customer service. The employee I was dealing with was downright rude as I was trying to order a drink with extra ice. She told me I couldn’t have extra ice and continued to argue with me about a drink I order every week. When I said she wasn’t understanding and asked if she could please ask someone else, she proceeded to tell me I was wrong and the other person with her said I was wrong too and I “can just go to another store.” I will never go back to this Dunkin location. All over adding extra ice to my drink. I proceeded to go to a different Dunkin, ordered the EXACT same thing and had no issues at all.
