I have encountered rude employees before but this one takes first place. Terrible customer service. The employee I was dealing with was downright rude as I was trying to order a drink with extra ice. She told me I couldn’t have extra ice and continued to argue with me about a drink I order every week. When I said she wasn’t understanding and asked if she could please ask someone else, she proceeded to tell me I was wrong and the other person with her said I was wrong too and I “can just go to another store.” I will never go back to this Dunkin location. All over adding extra ice to my drink. I proceeded to go to a different Dunkin, ordered the EXACT same thing and had no issues at all.

I have been coming there for years, as of late donuts seem to be still "which it's gross" don't know until you get to your destination. This morning after church went to get a dozen and a half, thinking it would be easier to put the 6 glazed in the half box and I would pick out for the others. The lady asked me glazed? I replied yes and will pick out the others. She then proceeds to go in the side area where what I thought would be fresh, not, I see her putting different kinds in it along with the 6 glazed, I said mam I wanted to pick out the dozen, she said we'll I asked you if you wanted mix, and you said yes. I replied, I heard you say glazed. So she was frustrated and as I finished making my selections she goes well those are the ones I put in it. Rude hateful spiteful, she asks if I need a bag and I said yes please. She proceeds to put the bag on the boxes and says here is your bag, rude. Never have I been so rudely treated at this location, I had to ask her can you help me put them in there. She was not a helpful server, normally I would have let it go but the bag thing and rudeness I am leaving a review, I will also be calling. The service was horrible.
Tried $6 breakfast meal. Was perfect sized breakfast. Only flaw was hash rounds tasted like sausage and bacon. Very greasy. Still hit right.

Trying to buy a dozen of donuts, I have to drive in heavy rain ,got wet very bad to get to the door, which is closed at 7:15(while store should be close at 9:00) Went to drive thru, oredered ,and when I got to the window, they said there is no donuts in the store That is bs...

I am highly disappointed with this Dunkin every time I go my drink is wrong. I have tried them multiple different times of the day and week and it never fails something is wrong. At over $5 a drink it is ridiculous its never right. Iced caramel machinat is supposed to have liquid sugar not granulated. Not what I want to drink is a mouthful of gritty sugar through my straw! Also if you state extra don't put in what comes in it give it extra pumps. There was so much caramel on the bottom it would even stir and I was told this is supposed to have the caramel swirl which is different from the sauce. AGAIN I HAVE WASTED MONEY AND HAVE TO TRHOW IT AWAY. I will not be going back until they can correctly train their crew. Which sucks being as we love Dunkin

I will have to say Mary is one of the greatest service people of that Duncan she is always smiling always in a good mood even after today when it's rude fella came through with a 20-foot trailer behind his ginormous pickup truck and ran over everything in their drive through. She still had enough energy and enough spark in her heart to where she still satisfied every other guests that came in after him. She even dealt with the man's insults. With a smile on her face. And kept the pep in her step. Only if I knew the entire roster by name I would leave all of the ladies that treat me with the utmost respect and the greatest service in Orange Park. Please if anybody in corporate or management happens to read this. I am in that dunkin' donuts very often. And Mary is one of the main reasons why I am. And I also want to include the rest of the roster of that Dunkin. Thank you ladies and gentlemen. Definitely my favorite store and I will continue to come back.

Girl at the window informed me that if I use the mobile app I need to order 5 minutes prior to coming. Had I ordered more than two items I could see that, and I would have gone inside. But two coffees would be the same amount of time to make if I had ordered at the speaker. Mobile app and grub hub/Uber eats are not the same thing. You shouldn't be preparing drinks for Mobile orders 5 plus minutes prior to arrival. Drinks become cold and nasty.
