I refused to pay for my coffee. I had to cancel my order. I ordered a decaffeinated iced coffee but it looked and tasted like sugar cream only. I have never had this problem at other locations just this one. I had the worker make me another and it was exactly the same. I definitely won't be returning to this location.

1-10 would recommend walking 5 miles to another store before driving around the corner to here. Parking is trash. Customer service is awful. Coffee is terrible. Lack of appreciation of employment. Subpar management and lazy employees are losing this place money.

The staff here are rude and inconsiderate especially the female manager who made me cry. Simple request requiring little to no effort could not be made. It's very unfortunate and I wouldn't recommend this location. 0/5 stars

Disgusting. I placed a breakfast sandwich at 10:00 they said they had to substitute the bread because their sourdough wasn’t thawed out. Got the sandwich and thankfully I took the bread apart because the bacon wasn’t cooked and I found a long hair in the cheese! I took it back when went back still no employees wearing a hairnet they would only give me a new one not a refund. Take the time and go to a different location

I come in for donuts on most Fridays and while the donuts are always good and the staff is friendly, they don’t seem to have a good system to balance taking drive thru orders and walk ins. They’re either doing one or the other and it always seems to be the drive thru that they primarily focus on. Maybe an extra staff member would be helpful. Also, using boxes instead of bags for frosted donuts or maybe leaving the wax paper on each frosted donut when they’re put in paper bags.

5 starts due to Nate & his excellent service . From taking our order making sure , our drinks were to our standards and above. As well as taking an extra step to treat us like actual people and not a order and talk to the children as well. To make sure everybody was okay with their orders

So I go through the drive-through I’m a little indecisive looking at prices. I’m trying to find stuff on the menu. I finally settle on munchkins and three Boston cream so I get it and the whole purpose of Boston cream is to have the chocolate with the filling in the middle, so this is what they do now they just throw your Boston creams in a bag with the chocolate on the bottom of the bag so you don’t get any chocolate on the doughnut. Great customer service these days this is pretty crappy. … CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!! and I’ve been in customer service 40 years…. ??
