I swear every time my daughter goes here they just goof off and don’t want to wait on the customers! They are always talking and blaring loud music and just ignoring their customers it’s utterly ridiculous they also need new management the morning manger is just plain rude

I go to this location almost everyday and I ordered a breakfast meal this morning and they gave me below half of a bag of hash browns when I almost spent $12 like really? You guys see me every morning and look we all spend our hard earned money so you all need to do better smh

Do no i repeat do not come here they make u wait A half hour To have you repeat your order at the window then to give you a cold croissant sandwich and an attitude worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to caramel iced coffee. Taste like toilet water without sugar recommend you to go somewhere else.

Food is ok. The lady that takes your order in the drive through is the single rudest person I’ve ever seen in customer service. You’ll be on your second item and she’ll bark “AnYtHInG eLsE?!” In the middle of you saying what you want, with an increasingly snarky attitude. It’s been like this literally every single time she’s taken our order.

Went inside to make an order after making it to the front was informed if I wanted to make an order I should use the kiosk. I don’t want to ! I’d rather speak with a person when I come inside to order :/ where’s the customer service. You lost our money today and wasted my time

This is the best Dunkin location in the area by far. The employees are always welcoming and courteous, and my orders are accurate. I stopped going to the location on Old St. Augustine Rd because everyone is nicer here.

Lost a customer because the frozen coffee machine is on sanitation . I needed coffee, going to dinner with my 3 crazy kids . The girl literally said since we are closing in 30 mins . Idgaf. Why you open then . God bless

Ordered 2 chicken wraps after waiting for a bit the said they were out of the chicken wraps would I like the wake up wrap I said that was fine not realizing it was a $2 difference so not to be petty but Dunkin you just stole $4 from me. On top of that when ask if I wanted sausage or bacon I told the lady sausage and I didn't look at it until I got to work and they were both bacon. My hot coffee wasn't hot at all. Staff wasn't friendly at all. Nobody greeted as the guest came in nobody thanked as the guest left. Worst experience I've had anywhere since covid and everything was shit down.
