Ordered 2 chicken wraps after waiting for a bit the said they were out of the chicken wraps would I like the wake up wrap I said that was fine not realizing it was a $2 difference so not to be petty but Dunkin you just stole $4 from me. On top of that when ask if I wanted sausage or bacon I told the lady sausage and I didn't look at it until I got to work and they were both bacon. My hot coffee wasn't hot at all. Staff wasn't friendly at all. Nobody greeted as the guest came in nobody thanked as the guest left. Worst experience I've had anywhere since covid and everything was shit down.

They seem to have a smaller selection of donuts every time I go. They did a store remodel and took away almost all inside seating there's like only 2 tables now. Kinda feels like they don't want you to eat there.

At this location coffee is watered down to stretch their profits or the Franchisee is not calibrating their equipment daily or weekly or monthly . 3 Three different customers came into Blanding Blvd and Kingly Rd complaining they are not going to Wells Road location any longer due to weak coffee or watered down coffee beans ETC . Customers need that boost of flavor savor and strong coffee not weak taste. Also I hope they got the mold off the ceiling in dining room tile drop ceilings . It was disguising . The mold is in their air conditioning ducts air born and the mold spores spread on the doughnuts and in our lungs . That location is being run into the ground . Please someone in Corp investigate all your Jacksonville and Orange park for watered down coffee. I should not have to do your job Corp Dunking Doughnuts

Even though we went through the drive through window, Elijah and Francois were the best ever. I will always come to this Dunkin as long as they work here. And even though we went there on Valentine's Day, we went to get donuts for my little one's birthday party. Thank you so much for the outstanding service. My babes and I love love love you guys. Oh yes Elijah, I will be coming back for some Chai Tea. You Guys Are Awesome 😎.

I’ve been coming here regularly for the past 2 weeks and I have to say the morning staff are wonderful! The young gentleman and ladies that I’ve encountered are courteous, friendly, welcoming and they work hard to keep operations running smoothly. Kudos to your morning team!!!! Please don’t let these young folks’ efforts go unrecognized!!
Got told that I can’t add cream to a brown sugar shaken espresso… BS I’ve gotten it with cream at other locations many times. Very uneducated and rude - went down to another location by OPHS and guess what ? They were able to do it ! Seems like the lousy employee was just being lazy - probably because I interrupted everyone on the clock sitting in the dinning room talking , by simply wanting to place an order

I had previously given this location 5/5 but today my wife went there to get our morning coffee and food and there was only one employée... Yes one.. cooking, taking orders, and manning the drive thru.. this isn't a negative review BTW because my wife said this poor girl did an amazing job, the wait time was a little longer but she didn't fall behind... To the owner of this company review your records on 2/7/25 the girl that worked this morning promote her.. then check the schedule whoever else was supposed to be there fire them... This girl that was working is the type of employee you need to build your company around. Most would have complained, and done the bare minimum but whoever this employee was didn't complain, she was very apologetic for being alone, imagine an employee that is having to pick up everyone's slack apologizing for having to do sorry coworkers jobs... Great job.. my wife was pleased with your service and I enjoyed my coffee and breakfast.. recommend this place when whoever this employee is, is working...
