I am very unhappy with this place. Every time I come here it’s a disappointment. I usually get the glazed donuts but they only put like a drop of glaze on the donut and the rest be dry. Like it’s every single time. And I have even asked for the donut holes for a change to see if the same problem would occur. But it did it was dryer, and it still didn’t have any glaze on them. I won’t be going to this Dunkin’ location for a long time or not until they fix that problem. I just don’t understand how come they are being so stingy with their glaze like they don’t know what a glazed donut is or something.

Every time I have been to this location, which is three times in the last year, it has been a disaster every time. This morning I come to pick up an order that I placed last night for my employees. The app says they’re preparing the order and then it is ready about five minutes before my order pick up time, which is great. I show up five minutes after my pick up time thinking it will definitely be ready and I won’t be late for work, only to show up and they have no idea about my order and print my receipt and then start to make the order after I’m already five minutes after my pick up time. This location really needs to get their crap together, it’s very frustrating.

I’m not a big complainer every food place I go I love to tip but this place is not good. My first time coming here wasn’t good I gave them a chance but for some reason the food is always cold or colder than room temp. Iced coffee always has regular sugar which should be liquid sugar so you don’t have sugar bites in your mouth when drinking iced coffee and they don’t tell you they are out of something until after purchase. They need to step it up on a 20 dollar order I leave at least a 5-10 dollar tip and they don’t even deserve it here won’t be back
