Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged before the short sneering staff member told us she wouldn’t ring us up because they were shorthanded. Since I pay in cash, I was unable to use the kiosk and asked if this meant I wouldn’t be able to get my kids breakfast before school this morning. Staff member simply rolled her eyes and said “I guess not.” I own a business across the street and if any of my employees were caught being this disrespectful to a customer, they would be gone instantly. We will never visit this location again. Absolutely disgusted.

Today was the 3rd time I have stopped at this location for coffee only to be let down for the 3rd time. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day you get coffee from here it taste like old, burnt coffee made with recycled grounds or something, a sprinkle of disappointment in each cup.

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered online original glazed donuts went to pick them up and they didn't have any thing. Asked for a refund and was told sorry we can't we have no manager come back tomorrow! So I had to get things I dont eat.

Went to wells rd Dunkin at they gave me a hard piece of avocado toast. I had to go down blanding so stopped at this one to replace it. The lady was not sympathetic at all, and told me since it’s another store she can’t. I purchased a new one bc I’m pregnant and wasn’t driving all the way back down blanding. When I got to the window the young man was sympathetic and apologized. One star because the lady was kind of rude and didn’t seem to care. & the lady really should have replaced the $5 piece of toast since it’s both Dunkin and I had the piece that was completely hard.

Allison got a nasty attitude at the drive thru I told her my smackin bacon wasn’t done can she just heat it up a little more she stated she couldn’t keep it so I did they make me some more and it still wasn’t done she slammed the window - that bacon was white since you want to be rude here you have it cook the bacon more learn customer service or get a better education so you don’t have to work fast food

Girlfriend got a bad batch of snackin bacon yesterday. She called and was told to come back tomorrow because there wasn’t a manager present. She comes back and is asked by the manager, “Do you have the bacon?”… Does she have the bacon?!! Clearly she didn’t stash the bacon in her pocket to sit for the day and night. So anyway, she was refused the refund even with a receipt. Terrible service.

I went in today and I ordered a snackin bacon just bacon, and I guess the worker didn’t hear me right and I got a sandwich instead and when I went to tell him he charged me wrong he had a attitude.
Repeatedly gets orders wrong. Seems to be that they hand you whatever they feel like. Refuse to refund you on a card transaction. Bunch of morons in there
