Always missing and forgetting items from my order. Happens every time I have ordered here.

Why are they always so dry? This is the second time. I’ve tried it at the location in Orange Park. So disappointed again.

I had the Nov lox and substituted the plain bagel with the spinach Florentine. That bagel sandwich was delicious! I’m definitely coming back here to try their other sandwiches.

I walked into the Pine Tree Plaza location this morning to use a Birthday Reward, but was met with a putrid sewage smell. The entire store reeked like a wet dumpster. After standing in line for about a minute, I left due to not being able to handle the smell and being concerned about whatever was causing the smell to be so close to food. There was a puddle of coffee that seemed to be spilled, but I cannot imagine that caused such an intense smell.

Great Staff. Bagels are fresh. Stopped in on our way out of town again. Very pleased when we have Stopped in in the past. They packed the bagels nicely for our drive back home.

The service was great. The flavor was ok. The bagel looked more like an English muffin, it was so small. Shrinkage is real.

The bagels do taste good but not worth the hype nor the wait. 3 bagels and an avocado toast with 4 drinks cost over $50. Two of the coffees had soured vanilla creamer in them and my husband had to wait atleast ten minutes before someone acknowledged him at the counter. They were quick to replace the coffees. However best to grab and go and not sit inside as it is small.

We have been to this location multiple times now and we just love the fresh made bagels! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is always clean and the restrooms are super clean as well. I love the app and the free coffee when I come in. My favorites all time is the Jalapeño bagel with onion and chive spread!! Try them out you won’t regret it!! Ask for Felisha she will take great care of you!
