Order from here a fair amount. Food is 9 out of 10 good. My only complaint is the wasabi is weak and you have to specify to make your food spicy as in authentic spicy or it is overly Americanized and lacking.
Portion size is good, food is fairly tasty, and feels like a decent value for money I spent.

I called at 930pm on May 4th 2025 and made 2 orders. I asked for delivery and she said ok, she asked for my address and told me the delivery will take 45-50 minutes. I told her wow that’s long but ok I’ll wait, she then gave me my total and we hung up. The lady called me back a whole hour later at 10:35pm to tell me she had to cancel my order because the cook left for the day. I thought she called me to tell me the food was outside but no she called to tell me she had to cancel the order. I was highly upset. I told her that’s very unprofessional to call me a whole hour later to cancel my order. I will never order from there again!!!!

Been eating here for 7 years and stopped when they decided to have a third party deliver. We missed the food although there have been some mistakes with our deliveries in the past when I asked how much it would take to have it delivered he told me $23 and that 23.00 was only the delivery fee, didn't even get my order yet which has always been between 40 and 60.00 We live less than a half a mile away If that doesn't mean they don't want our business I don't know what does There's no way they would still be in business if that was the case. Being treated this way and discriminated against will only ruin their business because I guarantee I'm not the only person being treated this way

Tried to place an order over the phone for pick up and insisted I pay with credit card over the phone.. what if the person doesn’t own a card? They have to go pick it up and still wait for the food to be made.. that is a bit ridiculous..

Do not eat here please. This place must be under new management or new owners. Its awful. It used to be so good. We just got variety of sushi, egg rolls, fried wontons and general tso. All of it was terrible, the shrimp sauce was awful, everything tasted so different than what it used to. We could not even eat it was that bad.

This place is a rip off, there was a small mixup with the address I f my delivery order, basically the driver ended up 2 houses down from me and within 5 minutes I notified them giving them the proper address but was told I had to pay with card only if I wanted to receive my order, the delivery driver couldn’t have been more than 5 min from my house, and could’ve easily delivered the order and received a nice tip for the mixup, but I guess this place is too good for money. I’ll never try this place on principle alone, they could’ve delivered my damn food and accepted the minor inconvenience of a 5 minute wait

LOVE Fire Wok! We discovered them around a year ago and they're our absolute favorite takeout place! We've tried Chinese takeout all over jax, and hands down Fire Wok is the best. The quality and taste is absolutely a step above the rest. Do yourself a favor and order already and prepare to have your mind blown. Seriously.

I love that they make substitutions for dishes. For example the Singapore mei fun, they will make a veggie only one for me. Everyone who works here is very warm and welcoming. The food is always good!

We have been searching for a Chinese food place for about a year now and happily stumbled across Fire Wok. The General Tso's chicken with extra spice (on the side) is exactly the level of spice my husband has been looking for! ???? We'll definitely be returning!
