So first off the food was really great other than that the only issue that I had was the service the people that work late night shift aren't very friendly I actually felt a hostile atmosphere as if because I was eating there they were mad I know it was 1 hour before close but if you don't like your job get another one dude 😎 as one of the guys were sweeping I noticed that he was cleaning like very aggressively, he sat the broom down and then when he grabbed it again he yanked it plus he sat behind me and just stared at my wife which I found very weird it was kind of almost like can you guys hurry up and eat? Anyways the food was delicious but the staff could work towards better customer service and more friendliness.

My family and I enjoy the food. Tried the french fries, and did not disappoint. They were hot and crispy, would like a little more sauce for dunking. Placed the order online, my son went to pick up, and the server was finishing the order as soon as he walked in the door. This store never disappoints.

Not impressed with the “Thanksgiving Turkey Sub” it’s a bust!. The stuffing tastes like warm wet bread with extremely little flavor! Turkey doesn’t stand out. Bread is ok. No cranberry, put on sub. I guess they ran out of it. Lot of money for a little bit of sandwich. Pass it by

The food was AMAZING. Top tier. I have never had a good experience at fire house subs until yesterday. He doublechecked my order and all. It wasn’t soggy, yo this sub was amazing props to the guy who made it! Whatever you guys r doing u guys r doing it good!!! Thank u guys.
