I love the food here and the employees are very professional. Just a bit disappointed I couldn't use the Jaguars 50% Off Coupon. I was excited when I saw half price off my food because I was a bit tight on money but when I tried it on the App it said "Sorry their was an issue, please see your Card Info for further details." I know I had money enough to pay for the discount price. But its okay because I love this place and the food is great. I just hoped for a cool discount lol thank you guys .

The last several experiences at the Fleming island location have been outstanding. There is a female manager working the line that is very communicative with her staff as well as customers. When she’s running the show our subs are always amazing. Fleming island is currently my favorite firehouse because of her! Thank you for making our meals more enjoyable and communicating well with guests!

I had lost my voice yesterday and I came into firehouse today to order some lunch. As I came in, the crew said hi which I appreciated but again I lost my voice. The older worker with a beard and eyebrow piercing (conveniently didn't have a name tag) responded to me rudely by saying "hi to you too" as I'm walking up to the counter. I understand customer service jobs aren't for everyone.

Gluten-free bread is very good, considering it's gluten-free. I have to eat it. ? Every sub I've tried is delicious ? And it's helps our fire dudes!! ? Win Win
