First time there was very impressed. Their steak burgers are very, very good. I went back a few days later. Got another steak burger some onion rings and a turtle sundae. Oh my goodness they have got themselves a customer for life. Very impressed with everything so far!!

First time ever visiting a Freddy's and I have to say, they have some of the best smash burgers I've had. You must try the Recees shake. Concrete style!

It was good, but this location needs some TLC. 80% of the tables were dirty, condiment/drink station was barely stocked and needed to be wiped down. The bathroom’s, especially, need more attention yellow water on the floor, no soap and no towels to dry hands. I would imagine Freddy not being pleased with this locations.

I wanted a strawberry shake. $6.44 for a regular. I was handed a sunde first then they tried to give a double chocolate truffle. Finally I was able to get my strawberry shake. They just didn't have it together 😔

Very good looking menu with great options for comfort and cheat food like shakes, fries with cheese, etc. good concept and design. The execution today was lacking. They advertise fry seasoning to buy up front at the register and I asked if the fries come with the seasoning on it because I love a good fry or spicy seasoning. They said yes but almost nothing. I couldn’t get a taste if I wanted to buy it. The vents above the tables had tons of dust just hanging off. The chicken tender texture was tough and the oil seemed old. Even the diet doctor pepper tasted off.

Waited over 15 mins and still was not being served 2 scoops of ice cream with hot fudge! The cashier was CLUELESS and LAZY! Literally people ordered food after me and received it! UNSATISFACTORY on all levels! The manager ended up refunding me and apologizing and gave my kids their 2 scoops of overpriced ice cream so Freddys that was the one and only chance and you FAILED!

We made a trip to the new Gabe's in Orange Park- decided to finally give this place a try- food was very tasty- i tried the new BBQ Brisket Burger & my wife ordered the Patty Melt on Rye - definitely will be back to try more of their menu
