Hi to anyone looking for a rough gems that's a great place to eat look no farther.its a little on the old side but clean a old time golden corral experience.golden Coral cooperate you should invest time and money to renivate it is worth it.. a great crowd Saturday evening lots of people count on this restaurant for a good cheap meal . keep it alive.the food was plentiful hot fresh never ending.salada bar one of the best I have had in a while. lettuce cold crispy all the toppings.cooked to order steak roast beef ham all fresh carved as you want.the staff friendly making sure drinks were full plates taken away right away.manger was outgoing nice easy to talk to.but I can tell she runs a tight ship kept everything in order.if your looking for a nice reasonable dinner i say try you wont be disappointed.

Staff was Awesome!! Food was well stocked and hot, our only issue the past couple times there hasn't been any white meat chicken, not sure if it isn't being served or we are missing the fee pieces that get put out.

The staff was great. Went for breakfast and it was awful. Everything was cold, juice bar was very weak, like they watered down. Will never go for breakfast again.

A cockroach was observed in proximity to the soup, causing discomfort and concern regarding potential health risks. Fortunately, no adverse effects have been experienced to date. It is recommended that thorough cleaning and pest control measures be implemented to address the issue. The building's age is evident, and the sink, located near the entrance, requires attention due to its unhygienic condition.

Not a 5 star visit this time. The salad bar was lacking tomatoes, black olives and sliced pickles. The pulled pork was well picked over and remained that way through our visit. Upon arrival I couldn't find the Timberline Chili and commented on my disappointment to our server who responded that it wasn't the only regular item missing that night. Later in our visit I discovered that a full insert of chili had been placed on the line amongst the Mexican offerings. All in all our visit for my birthday meal was good with the exceptions noted. Our server was attentive without being intrusive.
I have never been to a restaurant where the owner is so Hands-On leading by example as the owner is at the Golden Corral in Orange Park. Not just that, he has an amazing kitchen manager, Horace, who truly cares about the quality of the food and pleasing the customer. The women at the counter are also so kind and considerate especially toward their elderly clientele. I do a lot of to-go orders where I weigh the food and pay by the pound I have difficulties often with the lids and putting things in the bag and they are just so helpful. It is obvious that the leadership in this restaurant promotes an atmosphere where people really want to work for them very family oriented. I have been to many restaurants that you can just sense that the employees don't want to be there or that they are unhappy but not there. All of those components make the dining experience even better. There are so many choices with food for people on any type of diet. There are healthy choices and not so healthy sugar free and not so sugar-free the point is you can choose anything you want. They keep the food rotated and fresh throughout the day I have yet to be there when it was not good. Keeping a buffet up is not easy but especially one of that size. They do an amazing job! You definitely get your money's worth and you will not leave hungry. I'm looking forward to their holiday take-home meal it sounds amazing and I will not have to cook. Thank you to all the amazing employees that work there and the owner as well for taking such good care of your customers

44.00 for 2 adults. Food was barely warm. Chicken, steak, fish were all dry probably from sitting under hot lamps for extended period of time. Dessert were hard and stale. Place was relatively clean and waitress was very nice and attentive. That is all the place has going for itself. There weren't very many customers at the time we visited, 5 p.m. That should've been our first clue. Everything we tried was either dry or stale. For the price we paid, we will not be returning or recommend to anyone.

I've been to a number of Golden Coral locations and I found that this was one of my least favorite. It looks clean enough and the staff was very nice, but the selections were pretty minimal and the desserts were quite sparse. I want to mention that I was surprised at how good their cheeseburger was - char grilled flavor was spot on... felt like a picnic in my mouth?.
