I didn't know this place was called Hooters. Until recently I thought is was called Bryn's. I assumed Bryn owned the joint. She is a pretty cool gal with the best jell pens in Jacksonville and makes a mean water with lemon.

very rude customers service, we waited an hour and half for our food, food was terrible the french fries were rock hard, they were definitely reused from earlier in the day.. the chicken was way over cooked, our waitress disappeared every 5 minutes. then asked for the fries to be taken off, manager said absolutely not because everyone has had a wait tonight, like i get it but also that’s not our issue…. very poor customer service

Walked in about 4:15 in the afternoon and despite being a almost empty I was not greeted or acknowledged for at least 15-20 minutes. Finally left without ever interacting with staff. Prices were more expensive than I remembered anyway.
Dec. 2023 EDIT: I must regretfully report that overall quality in the OP store has gone down in the last three years. Much of that decline is due to 2nd shift.?The plumbing isn't that great so the floor is often wet...not safe for the waitresses or any customer who's had a few. The areas behind the bar & in the men's bathroom are usually the wettest.?If you call the place up then depending on the time of day, your call may go unanswered.?The food is hit-or-miss. It all depends on who's cooking on the line.?If you are sitting by yourself, you may be moved off one table to another under false pretences. This happened to me tonight...& I'm disabled. The customers who took the table I was at are able-bodied. The waitress(es) will of course choose their words carefully in order to minimize or avoid any responsibility, just in case.?Yes, the bathroom is often unclean.If you must go to this Hooters location, only go during the day. 1st shift is usually good; 2nd shift...not so much. Not recommended.
My mom my friend and I went to Hooters to watch the New England Patriots game and we had a good time our waitress was Janey and she was very sweet and she even helped my friend and I when I was looking at the shirts that you can buy whenever I go places a lot of people don't take the time to offer to help but Janey did and she's an amazing waitress
