I have eaten at Ideal Caribbean Restaurant and I made a large ordered of their chicken wings for a family get together because the are the BEST wings anywhere in our side of Clay County. They are of consistent quality and taste. Everyone there is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. I tell everyone I know about them. Thank you for the fantastic food and service.

I ordered a Fritay platter and the food was made fresh, and tasted amazing! Chichi was welcoming, and did her thing with my meal. I highly recommend! Authentic Haitian food!

I ordered a Fritay Platter which came with griot(fried pork) fritters, pate, fried plantains pikliz and a side of rice and the food is AMAZING! Chichi was friendly, welcoming and provided an atmosphere if comfort. The food was made fresh and the wait was short. The business is in a great location, just off the main road in a shopping plaza. If you want to try authentic Haitian 🇭🇹 Cuisine Check them out you won’t regret it!

I wanted to try something different and I was not disappointed. The food was delicious. My husband kept saying this is the best food he has ever eaten. Should I be jealous? No because he is right for once. We will return.

OMG, the food is so good! This is not fast food. Call ahead if you don't want to wait for them to cook your food. The owners are so nice and will take the time to answer any questions you have about the food.

I ordered an oxtail dinner. The oxtails were flavorful and moist. The order of black beans had no beans; it was all bean juice. The plantains were a bit tough, and juice from the oxtails went into the salad. The soursop was, ok. I wouldn't order that again.I'll try this establishment again.

Price and the quality of the foods are the best in the city. It's the best Google search ever. Young and vibrant business. Oxtail and jerk chicken are the best. The flattened plantain and brown rice tasted juicy. You have to patronize this business before you can believe me. Shalom ? ?
