Oh man..we ordered 3 different flavored wings....they were all AMAZING! They were cooked perfect, and the flavor was on point! We're wing lovers and will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered here for the first time to try something new. After ordering and then reading reviews I was somewhat nervous and hesitant. I am however quite impressed with the flavor freshness and value of our meal. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

No sauce on wings every time I ordered, didn't receive my drink and the fries were hours old and stale. Absolutely awful. Never had this issue at any other "It's just wings" not taking a chance again at this location

I ordered garlic parm wings, fries and a coke…..my coke was good. Wings were soggy but still some how tough. Fries tasted like grease. No sauce on my wings at ALL. Complete waste of money. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!Update: I’ve been extremely nauseous since I tasted this. Pretty sure I have food poisoning.

Those people charged me $23.09 for 8 wings. No fries, No soda- $23.09 for 8pc chicken wings. No receipt. My sons went to tell the lady and she refused to correct the order. I checked my acct it says TST* ARC GROUP DEBIT $23.09. BEWARE** She refused to give me my $ back!!!

After me and the wife spent over $100 for a small family gathering for dinner, I was completely embarrassed to have my family eat these wings. They were fairly good size wings, but whomever is running that kitchen is definitely driving that business to the ground by poorly cooked menu items and undercooked chicken will get you booted even quicker. Their simps they have cooking wings need to learn how to not just go with timers and know when a damn wing is fully cooked. Ordering online is a joke, couldnt even order well done wings. Save a trip and money and stick with wingstop or Hooters.

After not eating at Chili’s for over 10 years I went in tonight on May 11, 2021in orange park Florida an I ordered Texas chili cheese fries with their appetizer sampler. THE FRIES WERE NOT FRESH AT ALL. when they were bought my table; the chili was OLD TASTING As if somebody had my food sitting somewhere before it was bought to me. I seen a dam Bug flying the kitchen or some type of bug flying around the kitchen from where I was sitting. THEN I HAD to get UP and get my own MENUS FOR MY BOYFRIEND AN I; because the Waitress that I had did not give us any.. The app the atmosphere up in that restaurant was just totally off. It didn’t feel like a place to enjoy eating

I ordered delivery. If you like your fries soggy and your wings chewy and rubbery, then this is the place for you. The flavor was good and the ranch is great, but I could'nt finish the wings.

Chili's.. I mean.. "It's Just Wings", You guys need to stick to "Just Chili's". I waited an hour for 8 wings that looked like they we're boiled and then fried with sauce that was just threw on them[..only covering just ONE of the wings] & some curly fries that looked likethey been marinating in someone's microwave for 3 hours. Definitely lost a customer. Im disappointed in you guys... WHERE IS THE INTEGRITY?
