This place is always clean and inviting. I walk in today and was greeted by friendly smiling faces behind the counter. The workers here today were on point, asking about my day while making my food and keeping light conversation. I get my food and checkout and sit down to eat. As I’m eating one of the workers family came to See him and say hi. It was so wholesome as he came around the counter to hug everyone. Then a mother and her younger kids were going to sit down and eat as well when the young child dropped her drink and it went everywhere on the floor. The workers were so patient with the child and told her it was okay. They cleaned it up swiftly and went on about their day. Overall it was a great experience. Love this place.

The food was not done after being told 15 mins we waited 25 minutes to leave to get it and it was still not done… Definitely was not busy there was no one in the store waiting
A gentleman that made the sandwiches wearing the same gloves, touching the nasty door handles, going back in and remaking another sub without changing his gloves out very disgusting This was addressed one time before, and this is why we stopped coming here obviously y’all still don’t have the perfect standard jar was supposed to
Anytime any of your crew comes out from behind that register area they should be changing out their gloves no matter what it’s very disgusting to me. The diseases and viruses going around should be taken care of your customer is way better and a lot more sanitary……
I’ll be waiting for management to get back with me regarding the situation and can refund my entire order. This is unacceptable and very disgusting.

Called the business to make a change from a more expensive sub to a cheaper one and was given confirmation over the phone that it was no issue. When picking up my order received this message informing they didn't. If I knew it was an issue I would have canceled the entire order (since I had called hours in advance and sandwiches would not have been made yet) and then put the right order in. To me this is very poor customer service and do not understand the issue especially to not inform me that it was an issue in advance just leaving me the surprise when presenting to my guest that they don't have the sandwich they want.

I am a frequent patron of this establishment and consistently impressed by the exceptional service and superior food quality, both of which surpass that of comparable sub chains. On numerous occasions, Zack and Isaiah have provided a level of customer service worthy of a five-star rating. Their outstanding service extends not only to myself and my wife, but also to other patrons I have observed them assisting. While I may not recall the names of all the other staff members, each individual I have encountered here has contributed to a positive and enjoyable experience.

Music is perfect, customer service was perfect, they were patient with our questions and time it took for us to decide what we wanted, nor only that but then gave my family and I complimentary drinks, and cookies! Very homie vibes. I def recommend!

Very rude staff member, order was not ready on time. I asked for honey mustard and the Turkey club came with no bacon and no honey mustard. I was very nice about it and asked for Bacon and the woman put it on the sandwich, wrapped it up and handed to me. I said thank you, she said nothing. This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's and I won't be back. The gentlemen using one hand was personable and doing most everything while the woman stood there doing nothing. Very unorganized and not a viable lunch option when you are on a 30 minute break, you order ahead and it's not ready on time.

I had a great Italian sub here, however the employee that took me at the register declined to use my coupon for no reason other than because I placed it as an online order and not in store. The coupon was literally for a free drink and chip. Please do better.

The employees were nice but could've been faster although I also feel like having a third person there would help significantly. The biggest issue is the amount of meat on my sub. I have eaten at Jersey Mikes many times and usually get twice as much. The rosemary parm bread is good but that's basically all I could taste unfortunately.
