I ordered the Matty's cheesy gravy bowl and didn't get a speck of gravy on it. I was very disappointed. I don't have gravy to put on it! I just had a dry bowl of fries, nuggets and cheese curds. A little quality control would be nice.

After waiting roughly 30 minutes for my order I was informed that they ran out of original recipe. They were nice but it was frustrating waiting so long to not get what I came for. I wish this would have been communicated better before hand.

I recently stopped by for their wedges and spicy wings combo. The kiosks by the front door worked fine. The staff was friendly and promptly filled my order. I did notice that the ice machine was not working at the soda fountain. The interior is dated and in serious need of a refresh. I would go there again even with their shortcomings.
Been a year since I was last there, was hoping that was enough time to get the place cleaned up. NOPE. This place needs a deep clean and new management, or to get shut down.

Came to this location to pick up a Uber Eats order, had to stand at the counter for 5 min, leaning over trying to get one of the workers to come help me. One of them made eye contact with me, but made no move to help or get someone else to help me. I had to call out in order to get the manager to slink out of her office to non chalantly help, while shrugging off my complaints of a lack of service as if it wasnt her problem. I then watch her START my order of 3 potato wedges, 5 min after I tried to get someone's attention and 10 min after I got the order.
The storefront also had sticky floors littered with caution signs and a disgusting ceiling that made me frightened to eat here.

Came in today for lunch and I ordered the spicy wing combo which came with the potato wedges and a drink. The chicken was spicy like they should but the wedges were not fried long just enough to get them warm. The device was great just wanted the wedges to be cooked a little longer.

I had a cashier named Tiffany at this location. She has been so great every time I come there. Always promoting different items and has always been curtious and handles herself professionally. All employees in fast food should have the professional attitude she has.
