Restaurant is dirty and the employees are rude I asked the prices of items in the drive thru because they are missing half of their signage, and the guy acted like I was the stupid one. Sorry I don't just know the prices here off the top of my head.

Just don't. Nobody expects krysals to be awesome, but this place is horrific. By the way, thank you for just purposely smashing most of our family meal. 2 chicks and a 24 steamer pack. A complete waste of $40. To which we ended up buying another meal elsewhere because I did not trust the food. This place deserves a -5 ⭐

I have been going to this location for years and have never had an issue with my order, food, or service. The workers are always polite and do their best to get your order freshly made. If they can't get you something, they do their best to accommodate or make things right. The wait for your food may be a little bit, but it's worth it if you enjoy the square burgers and chics! Their outside drive through menu and speaker need updating and fixing. This would make it easier for the customers and employees. Please be patient and kind to the workers as they are doing their best to help the customers as well as doing other jobs on top of that (multitasking). Last night, we waited well over the 5 minutes we were told it would take,but the young man that took our order and brought our food out to us was friendly, kind, and polite. Impressed with his kindness.
The Drive Thru looks Dystopian....trash everywhere, half the menu missing from the board, takes forever to get through the line and they want you to pull up to park so they can bring it out and make their numbers/metrics look better. It's just a hassle all the way around. Not very friendly, everyone that works there looks stressed and ready to fight.

9/30/24- Ordered 5 wings and two Krystal Clasic burgers.. Fries, icee and medium milkshake. $32.00 The fries and milk shakes are delicious. Everything else is awful. I don't think it is beef in these burgers. They appear dyed, as there is grey brown on the bun too. Very stingy with pickles, (you get 1 pickle chip) and we saw no onions at all though we ordered them. $10 for five wings is way overpriced. Wings are small. CSR's and manager were very welcoming with a smile. Dining area was clean. Their shakes are 💯! They taste so creamy. I would not recommend this place for burgers of any kind. Just milkshakes.

Dietary restrictions: No Keto options. Wings are breaded.
Parking: 12-15 spots to park.
