Ordered on Ubereats. I ordered a Large ultimate. I got a plain ham sandwich for 23.59 MANAGER/owner REFUSED TO REFUND MY order.

Went in today and the cashier was speaking softly and mumbling. My husband asked if she could speak up because the music speaker was right above them she just said “sorry it’s a requirement that we have the music at this level”. If you’re gonna have your music blaring, learn to speak up so people can hear you.

There was nothing giant about their subs. They measure their meat. It's like eating at Subway if you like a salad sandwich 😌

Until the last couple visits, things were fine. I don't know if it's new management or what, but sandwiches were horrible. Not even close to the items that were supposed to be on the sandwiches, no cheese, and very little meat. Big change from the way they used to be. This is for the location on Beville Road in Daytona Beach.

I went outside, and the gentleman brought me out my order. Thank you

Terrible! Ordered an Italian and I got no Italian sauce. Also asked for extra cheese which I didn't get. Why does my Italian sub have mayo on it? Saddest sub ever. Tasted like a tuna salad sandwich. My partners sub was also pathetic. Never coming here again. Incompetent staff.

I was so excited to eat a Philly cheesesteak here. Had the combo. 8inch with chips and drink. The cashier was new. The manager seemed overwhelmed. My sandwich was sooooo bland. The meat was terrible and dry. I was so disappointed because this is not how I remember this place. Their philly’s are no longer on my menu. I prefer any other sub shops from now on. Sure was a lot of money for a just sub for lunch.

Customer service sucks…the people who worked At pm shift Feb 4 is so rude.I explained to them that the sandwich they made is missing some ingredients and they insisted that they did everything right,I been a loyal customer of this branch.And this is how they deal the customer complaints.
