“Waited over 30 minutes for two items. People were coming up and ordering the same two items and leaving with them . Finally myself and another guy who was waiting the same amount of time notice what was going on spoke up and they gave us our Italian bread and a free 20 ounce drink.“
“The young lady who took my order was also going back and forth to the kitchen to help as they appeared short handed. She was very courteous updating me from time to time on the status of my order which was very much appreciated. She included a complementary bread stick order apologizing for the long wait.“
