Pizza was under cooked tried calling the store for over three hours no answer at all I understand being busy but to not answer the phone is not crazy every time i go to this location there is a problem and the staff is different every time maybe consider hiring people that care

I'm absolutely livid That they won't take Over the phone orders anymore Period Their online Was down I called them And they told me that I had to come into the store to order And I explained to them that I had a three-year-old and an infant And they told me they they still would not take the order over the phone And The online services was down Because I could not even order online They have not been taken over the phone orders for the past Two months At least Now I've been having to go to another store that is further away from me Because they don't want to take over the phone orders I have children Sorry grandchildren that I usually have with me So I don't want to have to sit in the car and wait 10 to 20 minutes or however long it's going to take to make my pizza's opinion on how busy it is I gave you all one star but This store doesn't deserve that Because that guy told me that Yes I was upset and I cursed at him But he told me to go to Papa John's His name was Manny at the Wells Road location Orange Park Florida 32073..
So on this night got got home late and decided on lil Ceasars stuffed pretzel crust pizza. I called to order and No answer so I drove to the lil Ceasars and ordered.i ordered 2 of the same. Got home to dig into it and it unbearably salty. My husband likes salt bit couldn't even eat but 2 slices i called the store back at 9:30pm and mo answer once again. So I want my 2 free pizza's oh and they wanted me to pay by card only but when I told them I only had cash it was when I almost left they said oh ill take ur cash.. why are they closing dn an hour freaking early.. 😒

Well I am now a x customer because I was told the young dough girl don't work there anymore and she was the cleanest dough person they had. No one wears gloves doing anything and I have seen it first hand myself.. Why I have also seen bugs and have seen employees kill them . Ever since that young girl that worked from counter and dough left.. I have seen a turn for worse. I won't be going back.. Parking lot always a mess , windows never clean.. She kept up with all that.. Now the whole family works there and they ran everyone else off.. Ever since the new manager , I believe Shadeema has been there , she just hires on family and fines reason to let others go.. I thought family wasn't supposed to work together.. But that store has a whole damn family took over... They don't care about the customers. They only care about how much money that nasty store makes.. Nasty dirty dishes.. A food born illness waiting to happen... You eat there and end up sick . That's why.. Good luck.. I spent a lot of money there and it's sad I won't go back..Enter at our own risk.. That sign should be posted on the front door.. Cause I'm sure there is roaches in ur food

I purchased a pizza last night and asked for extra pepperoni, extra cheese and extra sauce, I didn’t get any of that and the pizza was too salty. I usually order my pizzas from here, but never again. I felt it still I have been taking advantage of And I paid $16 for that pizza. I know each store is independently owned, and I will be reaching out to the manager about this. Not because of the fact that the pizza was bad but because I paid so much for it and didn’t get what I paid for!
I went back today to talk with GM on duty 11/4/2024 and she made me happy, I wasn’t looking for a refund but she was so understanding
Usually have to wait 10-20 mins for "Hot and Ready" ....

I went to this location yesterday and stood waiting for customer service for over 10 minutes and no one ever came out to acknowledge my presence. I will never go back there. I am done. 👎🏾

Came in when a large order was place by someone else. There were only two people working which means they ignored walk in customers outright. After thirty minutes of just standing around with my child about to have a melt down, watching the works do everything else but acknowledge me, standing obvious at the register, I got fed up and left. 30 minutes without being acknowledged when it is written on the wall "pizza in 30 seconds or less " is a slap in the face to whoever the manager of this establishment is. Not the workers fault they were never taught time management and ever given adequate help.
Customer Service was terrible. Food was ok.
