Went there today just before 12:00 to get a lunch. Was standing in front more than 3 minutes while there was a guy in the back that didn't even acknowledge me nor the other two people behind me. He was working one-handed talking and laughing on his phone. I ended up leaving and so did the people that were waiting behind me. This gentleman (if that is the right word cuz he certainly wasn't) had no care in the world. That's what I call excellent service

Okay so someone must’ve been h1gh because I ordered my half of the pizza and my husband said what he wanted on his half and these people put ALL the toppings on ONE side of the entire pizza and the other half was JUST cheese. We asked for crazy crust too and they didn’t put it on. So ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR PIZZA BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. Especially this place. This isn’t the first time they’ve straight messed up my order

I ordered online and right when I pulled up I saw the cashier putting what looked like it could’ve been my order in the pickup heater. I checked the app to see if my order was ready but it had just updated to being put in the oven so I sat and waited almost 20 mins constantly refreshing my screen for updates. Well after seeing a young man walk in wait on his order and then leave I finally decided to go inside to check on my order because the status was still saying in the oven. The cashier was extremely polite and had great customer service although she was the only one working the register and also helping with orders. She pleasantly greeted me as soon as I walked in and told me she’d be with me in just a moment as she had just pulled an order of cheese bread out of the oven and was cutting and packing it up. The manager walked up while I was waiting and promptly assisted me and when I inquired about my order still showing in the oven after 20 mins of waiting he then walks over to the pickup warmer and grabs the same box that had been placed in there as soon as I pulled up (20 mins ago). I let him know that I was sitting outside when it was placed in the warmer and he says that the screen on the warmer is broken so there was no way to update the status to let me know that my order was ready. How infuriating that I sat there for 20 mins and my food was literally ready as soon as I pulled up. And I only like their food when it is fresh out of the oven so of course I didn’t enjoy eating food that had been sitting in a warmer for 20 mins that was a rubbery greasy mess. UGGHHHH and the manager didn’t even apologize or try to compensate for the inconvenience. Also I had a drink with my order and even that was gross ? IRRITATING ? however I mean it is lil Cesar’s … not much to be expected … I rarely ever eat them (and pizza period unless it’s homemade) and was excited to try the new puffs thinking they’d be a good quick snack since I’m a lite eater and was in the area.. such a total let down. I do however think they have the potential to be a tasty snack fresh out of the oven. I only like their deep dish personal size pizza but it’s usually too much for me and the puffs are like little bites of the deep dish pizza which is the perfect amount. I may try again at a different store with better service… maybe….

But I get a pizza with barely 49 pepperoni and the dude justmakes excuses and states it does not state that online.

45 minute wait inside for "hot and ready pizza." Tried to call from outside. No answer. People have zero integrity for what they do. When we said no thanks were not sitting here for 45 minutes he was relieved he didn't have to do more work. Horrible buissness ethic. Horrible pizza but when your little one and friends want pizza they don't care. Will never give my businesses and will use a competitor instead.

Orders take too long, I understand that there can be a long line but compared to others the wait is too long, a couple of times I have not received help from the clerk except after a while and I had a bad experience with someone who works there, it I called to ask him to do me a favor and he made some very ugly expressions on his face, nothing and for the people who deliver, I don't recommend them, it wastes a lot of time
