This was my first time ever trying any food in the mall. Im fairly new to Jacksonville and did A doodash order at Pei Wei Express and thought they food must be good since it took forever to collect the order for A customer. I decided to order food from here today and it was HORRIBLE! noodles was over cooked and salty, Shrimp was spicy ( i love spicy) but OVER COOKED!. And the chickennnnnnnn wow pretty much everything was overcooked and bad. springrolls was terrible too. Suprised anyone eats here or maybe they had a bad day this sunday cause ew

I love Pei Wei. Used to go there several times a week before work. The food is amazing and huge portions. If the manager is there (friendly black guy with hat) the food will definitely be better, if not it won't be as good. Either way the service is always great and always big portions for the money. Unfortunately I moved away :(

The service was phenomenal!! Went on a late Thursday night. The food was amazing, the employee there was so charismatic. 10 out of 10!!! We will definitely be returning. That Mongolian chicken is insanely delicious!!

My girlfriend got the hot honey chicken and immediately felt sick and started getting stomach pains, and yea it makes sense the chicken was cold and soft like it had be sitting for a minute.

Food is terrible now ,, Bourbon chicken donāt even taste like bourbon chicken anymore and the chicken was super dry ā¦this will be the last time we eat here, unfortunately

First time ordering from there. Service was 5 stars: the employee was helpful and nice. I noticed the food was slightly warm but took a chance anyway because it tasted really good. Got the bourbon chicken, Mongolian chicken and fried rice. Tea was extra sweet. Refill cost 56 cents.

Had the mix vegetable, orange glaze chicken & sesame chicken with spring rolls. None of it was hot neither was any of it good. If I will stick with the THAI kitchen on the end for that sort of food.

Overcooked noodles, mongolian steak had 98% mushrooms and almost no steak. Orange chicken soggy, sweet crab raangoon that taste like flour and cream cheese with sugar. Wish I could get my money back.
I enjoyed the bourbon chicken and rice. My granddaughter liked shrimp and egg rolls. We did not like the orange chicken and noodles was dry. Service was good and cost reasonable.

Asked for the 2 item combo, comes with 2 different styles of chicken, i ordered only bourbon so she gave me the amount for the 2 item. Scooped a few extra pieces in there and then charged me for a 3 item. Didnt notice until i got home, because of the hurricane, and traffic. WATCH THE NUMBER THEY WRITE DOWN, it may not match what you requested.
Also held up my hand with the "āļø" while saying "2". So no language barriers, to blame it on.

The to-go container has gotten smaller, but price has remained high. Ordered a two-entree combo, Mongolian Chicken and Bourbon Chicken with fried rice. Both entrees were too sweet compared to what Iāve had in another location.

Charges for refills on fountain drinks after a regular price on them. Non standard with all pei Wei locations. Non standard for the mall and non standard for the country. Greedy af. If you need to charge for something put up a sign. Say something donāt smile smugly with a gotcha.
