Placed an order thru the mobile app. Went to pick it up before close and while I sat there in the drive thru for 15 min they closed without even talking to me. Now I'm out 40$ because they closed early. Typical...now I have to call scooter 🙄

10pm on a Friday night my wife went thru drive thru. Ordered 2 fish sandwiches , medium fries and coke…as is now the apparent case all over the country “the shake machine was down”, so the vanilla shake I wanted was apparently not a possibility despite the fact there was a few hours before closing. We live less than 5 minutes from this location. My food was stone cold. My French fries might as well sat out overnight. BOTH of the fish sandwiches had OBVIOUSLY been sitting under a heat lamp well past the time they should. The only thing that wasn’t horrific was the coke. This is the second time I have attempted to have food in the evening at this franchise location, both have been horrible like this, there won’t be a 3rd.
