Not sure what happened to this place, but the last several times I've been here. I've waited over 30 minutes to get food. Even when you order on the app, it takes forever for them to get your food together. Then, when you get your food, it's completely cold fries, cold burgers, cold chicken nuggets, cold I'd rather drive out of my way to another McDonald's than ever go back to this one.Whoever bought it and the way they're running.It is awful.They need to sell it to somebody who's gonna take care of the place and put their customers first

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 10 minutes in front of 3 cars and another 5 at the window. I got to my job to eat my breakfast sandwich to find out they left out the sausage on my sausage and egg McMuffin😐 serves me right for trusting this McDonald's with my food

I know it's McDonald's but wow the quality at this store lately has been terrible. Usually the staff has been friendly and that's changed too. I really need to just cook at home this food is always cold now and just gross and expensive.

To the night manager lady that looks old enough to be someone’s grandma, you had no reason to get mad and absolutely scream at the couple that walked out screaming “CAN YOU PLEASE NOT CLEAR OUT MY SAUCES BEFORE YOU LEAVE” firstly mam the “sauces” are located behind the counter not out in lobby secondly if you was referring to the salt and pepper container, i saw the couple they did not “clear” out the salt and pepper they took the smallest handful known to mankind, as a witness of this all and a customer myself i’d surely like to say that this manager needs more respect and manners for customers if you want to keep your regulars and good reviews up.

Very poor service after waiting an hour and a 1/2 in drive through to get my food. It was wrong and had to go back through drive through and wait another half hour to get my food correctly. Manager was no help and very rude. Would not even come to the window to speak with me. Had an employee going back-and-forth. Use to stop at this location.At least once a day sense is experience.I have not been back and probably will not be back.I do not recommend going to this location

I’ve ordered there like 50 different times an about 75% of the time my orders were always messed up including today. Had a McChicken with no mayo and add pickles and onions~ it had Mayo, No Pickles and no Onions.

I've lived in Orange Park for 41 years and this place used too be good back in the day, but whatever is going on at night is something else. I think the rapture happens at night because getting your food without falling asleep in line is an act of God. They have a couple people working and the last time I came there were 6 cars and 45 mins later I finally get cold food. Its like this every night. And I finally just started making uturns out of line and customers follow me down the street to Whataburger. So if you are the owner there's no point in me going too some other site too fill out anything. My post is self explanatory, and very easy too understand. If you want too quit losing money you need too make decisions and help the restaurant.

I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:25 to pick up my breakfast mobile order. The line was long and I was told to pull around to the other side of building while I waited. I waited for 40 minutes and never received nor did anyone come out. I go in and could not get the attention of a manager, when I did I was told that my order was thrown out and that they could not make it anymore. I wasted my time trying to get food for me and my family. Highly disappointed.
