I went through the drive-thru and they told me they didn’t have ice cream as i ordered a McFlurry and they thought that giving me a 1 dollar cookie was a good substitute for a 5 dollar McFlurry which was already irritating but the cherry on top was the fact that they left out my nuggets, which is the worst thing they could’ve done they need to step up.

Every time I go thru drive thru and there’s a guy manning the box and pay window, they always have an attitude and sardonic comments to make. I don’t know what it is, but maybe keep the ladies there instead. A lot friendlier.

Okay I have to share of an extremely unprofessional, RIDICULOUS, terrible experience I had today. After showing my online order receipt and giving them their physical receipt back after being handed the wrong bag in the drive thru, 2 different people came outside to the to go parking spot to verify what I had 3 different times, then finally someone comes out and says “my manager doesn’t believe you ordered anything, do you want to come inside?” After waiting in the to go parking spot for 40 MINUTES. 40 minutes after putting in a mobile order before leaving the house, showing each person my mobile order receipt, with all the cars next to and behind me leaving with their order, and then to be accused of lying over 2 $5 meal deals to go……REALLY?????? With the receipt in hand??????? Absolutely terrible customer service, which it being McDonald’s whatever….was willing to overlook. But to be accused of lying with receipt in hand over $10 worth of McDonald’s….YIKES………..forget this one I’ll go to park street. HORRIBLE. About an hour later we finally got it. But y’all were SO RUDE AND PROFESSIONAL to us!!! Oh, and the bag you finally gave us was wrong sooooo whatever.

On a prior day I ordered a happy meal due to collecting the crocs that are currently out. I got a whole different item as a different store was out of them, I come here today to ask if I could get it replaced, as I should, since I paid for it, the lady up front takes it to the back talks to someone and comes back saying we don’t exchange them with an attitude. Would’ve been a nice experience given they did what’s right, which is to give me what I paid for. But I guess not.

They were unable to sell me a hamburger and medium fries. 10 minutes and attempted to give me a happy meal. While they did apologize, I did request a refund. Very disappointed. I was in the drive thur.

The drive thru is usually always backed up. Sometimes it isn't. But more often it is. They seem to lack a sense of urgency. I see employees with long/longer hair without hairnets or hats. And if they do have a hat their hair is messy enough to not even make a difference. It's obvious their care for the customers experience is not a top priority.
