Had to go back to the restaurant two times after they messed it up. Missing multiple items from an order that was put in on the mobile app, and, after a 20 min drive back the second time after noticing the missing items, they wouldn’t remake the order so I ended up not eating most of my food because it was ice cold by the time of getting one of my items. The whole time I was asking for my missing item I felt completely stupid because the employee at the first window was super dismissive.
I’m not one to come on here and review restaurants but this isn’t the first time this has happened at this specific McDonald’s, where I’ve received cold food that tastes old or missing items multiple times. Not returning to this establishment. I’d much rather just make to drive to a further McDonald’s than have to return here again.

Literally came in with my friend and my daughter to get something to eat and the girl at the register is on her phone literally texting if that was me I would be fired! It must be nice not having to do your job!

Went inside for take out because the line for drive through wasn't moving. Cars were starting to honk because they'd been sitting so long.
This is probably the 3rd time I've been here in the last 4 years because I'm not a fast food person, and each time disappoints me.

My order was never delivered. I waited for an hour in pickup area number 2. The app showed it as delivered, so I went into the store, which was completely overwhelmed because there were only 3 employees. Nobody could give me any information about my order, and it was a total mess.

Whatever you do don’t go inside to order and eat. We’ve done it twice and service is horrid. Ordering is via self service screen, so OK there. Tables are dirty, food takes a long time to get done and hopefully you don’t need any napkins or salt or ketchup because there isn’t any. So I visited the counter to get napkins as when our food came we didn’t get any napkins. Wait and wait and wait nobody comes to counter so Hello and you get some napkins. Use the drive through.

Please never go to this location. All the staff and managers are incompetent and rude. You will also have to wait the longest for your food out of any location in the area. Food quality is also abysmal and nonexistent. I have stopped going to this location now and in the future. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

This franchise has gone down-hill over the years. Some of the staff are attentive and kind, others act like they don’t care. Went through this evening for Thanksgiving, i know fast food for turkey day right? Was given somebody else’s order, pulled through drive-thru to explain, came up to window and my wife kindly showed our receipt. However, the team continued to not listen, thankfully the manager stepped in and got us our food. But we ended up with somebody else’s food, cause I understand they can’t take it back.
