These girls are are the slowest most zombified workers I may have ever encountered.

I ordered a catering order to be ready between 11 and 11:15 on Friday August 8and placed that order on MONDAY. We were a few minutes after 11:15 and they had not even begun to make the food yet. There should be no reason that we would have to wait for them to make our catering order when it was placed 4 DAYS before pick up and it seemed like they didnt even know about it. We use this location often for our team lunches at our office and i am VERY unhappy about how this went down, we now will not have lunch in time for our meeting. it is now 11:55 and we just now are heading back to the office with our food.

If you need to try and get ahold of this store, dont bother. I have called at least 10 times now within a few minutes but it keeps hanging up because no one knows how to answer the phone. Terrible service.

Food is fine. Serving size smallest of any mies I been too, they reduced it maybe 7 months ago but I still like the taste and come 3-4 times a month cuz it’s close by BUT the PROBLEM is the kids that run the store are very monotone in their service and close the grill sometimes a hour before closing. For example I just left cuz there’s no chicken, no onion mix, no corn, and I’m not sure what else because I just left before looking further.
That said I will be back just hope they aren’t closing early that day too.

7/10 update. Serving sizes still getting smaller even more then prior.
But Chantel was a nice server.

The employees make this place! It’s hard to find people that are happy to work and they were so pleasant and energetic!

Good was good, server rang us up wrong and over charged us but we didn't notice till we sat down. Could use a little cleaning up especially in the kitchen area but it's what you expect from this type of establishment. We would still go back if in the mood for it.

Shantell is always amazing. We think she is a special part of going to Moes. The entire staff right now has been the best and most consistent I have seen throughout the years. They are kind and respectful

Had a not so pleasant experience with the manager. Shantel made the whole thing better. She was wonderful to work with. And picked up the pieces after her manager had a meltdown. She will be the only reason I go back. You are an absolute sweetheart. We all have bad days. So I’ll chalk the bad experience to that
