Firstly, it was HOT inside the restaurant. Today while I’m writing this review, it is a gloomy 73 degrees outside. They had the thermostat set to 77. Which brings me to point two, they had “fresh” food sitting out in the poke section… uncovered.. in a HOT restaurant. Ultimately, this will most likely lead to bacteria that causes foodborne illness to grow. (Temp danger zone for you all that like to google and fact check). This raises serious safety concerns. The restaurant was not clean at all. Kitchen area was gross. The windows at the pike station were filthy. We ended up only asking for two drinks. We saw them making it using straight syrup and a little fruit. We assumed it was going to be a nice natural, organic, fresh made, no natural flavors kinda tea place but we were very wrong. Needless to say, we aren’t from Florida but we’ll definitely never stop here ever again. There was nothing natural about this place, despite what its name suggests.

Omg, I had a fav poke bowl in Texas and when I moved I was devastated bc I thought I would never find a poke bowl with the same quality. Oh boy - did this place prove me wrong!
Fresh ingredients! Salmon is soft to the touch and flavorful. The most important part! I ate my whole bowl yesterday. Trust me - yall need to try this place!

It is worth it! Big servings for a great price. I’ve tried different poke bowl in the area but this is by far the best I’ve had. Lots of options to choose from , from dessert açaí bowls to boba/smoothie and their signature bowls are best. I’ve tried their triforce bowl with added avocado and spicy tuna. Also, very friendly service and clean place.

Me and my wife found this place and ate here three times, the first two times were awesome, no complaints what so ever. Food tasted fresh with no issues. Now on the 3rd time I had ordered the same thing I had the first two times. Chicken poke bowl. Within 30 minutes I had needed to go to the bathroom instantly. I had some extreme food poisoning that went on for 6 days straight. I was hospitalized. My body felt like it was shutting down, it was scary I was thinking the absolute worst. Thank God I’m finally starting to feel better a week later. Please be careful with this place i have never experienced food poison ever like this. The staff needs to do better with how this food is stored and kept while surving it, they can kill some one. I can attest for that…. I’m curious to see how long the chicken has been out on display with out being served like that or how old it is to begin with..

I LOVE Natural Kitchen, such a hidden gem!! They have the best brown sugar boba and I’m obsessed. (I would normally have photos but it’s usually half gone by the time I get to the car😅) Not only do they have a good sized drink menu but their food smells amazing every time you walk in. I have yet to try a poke bowl just because of timing with meals but next time!

very friendly and helpful employees. the boba and smoothies were good and my bowl was okay. I got sick after eating as well as my husband + I feel as if the food was a little overpriced. the building was very humid and hot but everything looked clean
