NOODLES & DUMPLINGS

Excellent food! The dumplings were delicious and the ramen was better than I’ve had at exclusive ramen restaurants. I got the miso broth base so it came with tender seaweed. The Ramen comes de-constructed so your noodles don’t get mushy, which is especially helpful if you order to go, and you can add or leave out what you want. The steak was tender and flavorful, the veggies had everything from baby Bok Choy to edamame, and the noodles were perfectly Al-dente, I can’t wait to come back and try other options.

This place has amazing potential to be a quick service noodle bar, maybe not in their current location but definitely in the area. I really want to give this place 5 stars b/c the food was delicious overall. I wrestled with how many stars all day to give this place.

The reason for 3 stars: as soon as I walked into the restaurant, it smelled like I was walking into the smoking section back in the dayp. The stench of cigarettes was beyond stepping outside with the backdoor open. Don't judge me for not turning around and walking back out, overall it had a clean appearance.

I think they had just opened when I went in for lunch, and probably just the one guy working. He was nice, menus were available, there was limited seating but wasn't encouraging you to stay and enjoy your noods. That was a bummer as I had some running around I wanted to do before I went home.

The food. I ordered the spicy beef dumplings and a bowl of rice noodle w/pork belly and the pork bone broth. The dumplings were good, didn't taste a lot of beef but they were cooked well and flavorful, very mild for being labeled spicy. I love a good broth and the pork bone broth didn't disappoint. It was rich, velvety, and full of flavor. The pork belly was delicious, as was the veggies and noodles. My only complaint here is they used whole edamame, the pods are inedible and just my opinion you shouldn't serve them whole mixed in a dish. All food was cooked fresh and ready in about 15 mins.

A note to the owner(s): please do this restaurant some justice and tap into its potential. The food has someone with a level of passion that cares enough to show it, but the other party is running it like a Hot Wok or No 1 China. Find a spot where you could do an open kitchen with a bar to sit at for a quick lunch and space for some high tops. Make it welcoming and let the food speak for itself.

My husband got the fried rice. He got plenty, but it was so plain tasting and almost all rice. I got the ramen and did not like the taste of the broth. For $42.98
I need more flavor . The guy that cooked it was a sweetheart. I was really hoping we would love his food 😩

I am really saddened to change my 5 star review to 3. To be honest, if this was the first time I ate here, it would be a 2.
We use to get a large container of broth, a protein, and a ton of stuff to put in it (pickles, broccoli, edamame, eggs, corn, bamboo shoots, onions, celery, mushrooms, and cilantro). Now, there has been an increase in price, and there is half the size of the broth, and barely anything to put in it - no mushrooms, broccoli, eggs, corn, or cilantro. This $20 meal is more like $8. Sadly, we won't be returning and it used to be one of our favorites.

The flavor is great, but the value isn't there anymore.

This little take-out gem is absolutely amazing! The food is fresh and the amount that is given is so much im pretty sure I have lunch and dinner for tomorrow.. curry chicken buns were very good, katsu chicken don amazing. My boyfriend had the fried rice with the combination and he absolutely loved it.(he's a picky eater) Needless to say, we will absolutely be adding Noodles & Dumplings as a new favorite!!!

Ordered a pretty large order ahead and was told it would be an additional wait for fresh rice to be made (no issue there) . Arrived to one person in the back to service between all that there was to cook with my order and register. Food was fresh and was even offered a free app on the house for the additional wait. Very thoughtful

Wife and I had the Noodle Soup. It was take out and assembled after we got home, which turned out to be perfect. The vegetables and proteins were separate from the broth. We were able to add just the right amount of both to the broth and the remaining sides were added to a meal my wife prepared the following evening.

The menu was large, and we only sampled one item, but based on what we selected I am guessing everything will be great.

Be forwarned, while the prices are family friendly, the meal portions are very large (two meal large).

Everything was cooked while we waited, so all of our meals were still very hot when we returned home.

Great place, friendly staff and family friendly prices. What else needs to be said.

Needs to work on customer service, try greeting your customers with “hello, how are you” instead of “you know what you want?” Otherwise very clean, needs updated hours on door, says closed Monday which they are open until 10pm. Along with other days. Crab rangoons, spring rolls, chicken dumplings very good. Side fried rice very oily overwhelming.

Exceptional service! Staff is friendly and helped me order, food was cooked fresh to order and came out quick! Portions were hefty and delicious, and the crab Rangoon had actual crab in it. Highly recommend.

Great food! Cooked to order. Got the pork belly ramen and it was Fantastic. Got side of spice and it was going off!! Will be back. Maybe my new fav lunch spot.
