We frequent this establishment a lot because we love the food but my husband and I are both considering not placing anymore orders because when we call in, the person taking the orders is very rude and it almost seems like a bother that we are placing an order. I placed one last night and I didn’t even get a “hello how are you?” Or a thank you. On top of that I had to ask how long it would take and what the price was because she didn’t tell me, she just wanted to get off the phone it seemed like. Please update your staff I really like your food and I want to continue ordering but my husband is pretty much done.

Have ordered from this restaurant for years and the quality continues to go down. We ordered the other night and the pizza was only consumed because everyone was hungry. The dough was not proofed right. It hardly had any color and did not look like the 18 inch pie we always buy. But honestly the worst part of the meal was the $13.99 for 3 meatballs that were mealy and full of water. We pressed the fork down on them and filled the plate with liquid. They went in the trash. Time to find a new pizza restaurant.

did not get my sub. was told they were out. how do you not have subs. right next to publics? pizza we ordered was wrong. said no onions on bbq pizza and no bbq and all onions. called and was told we refunded sub, and could credit pizza. I said I would like to have pizza delivered right and order something else besides sub. told she couldn't do that. spent a lot of money for nothing. ashamed of the service. do better.

I'm a bus driver snd called in an order but didn't check what was inside the bag til I got back to the school my trip was to. TOTALLY SHOCKED to find nothing to eat this $20 meal with. Ended up using a short ruler I keep in my bus.

Ordered take out and didn’t notice how badly burnt and dry the garlic knots were until we got home. Very disappointed as we had had these in the past and they used to be delicious.

I have tried ordering pizza from NYC a few times and each time have ended up disappointed. The supreme pizza has a decent amount of toppings, but the crust and middle of the pizza is always undercooked and flimsy. The test of good pizza normally comes down to the sauce and crust, both of which need some work here. The marina sauce is on the sweet side with no others flavors coming through; the crust is thin and lifeless and quickly surrenders the fight to the competing grease that's runs and drips from the toppings. The garlic knots seem to be a favorite but again the amount of grease and oil they come swimming in can be off putting if you are health conscious. I was really hopeful with all of the good reviews from customers, but I find myself agreeing with the lower ratings and feedback. After 3 attempts, we will be trying elsewhere to find a local gem or sticking with one of the big National chains.

Nice ad welcoming atmosphere. Kinda family sports bar feel. My Husband ordered a Meat Lover's pizza and mild wings. We LOVED the pizza. Wings taste like bar wings. I had the lasagna ad must say it did not disappoint. Portion size hug and taste to match.
It was my first time trying this place and I had a good experience. The beer was good, and the pizza/salad was delicious. Sophia was our server, and she was super nice and explained everything well. She was so nice and friendly and worked hard to keep us happy. I will definitely be back to enjoy great food and great service. I got a pepperoni pizza, and veggie pizza and a greek salad and we enjoyed all of it. Highly recommend

I’ll say I’ve never been to New York but if this is how their pizza tastes sign me up. Absolutely delicious. We had a Blt pizza and a cheese they were both phenomenal. Meatballs are a disappointment though (marinara there served in is really good). Bottom line take the pizza leave the meatball.

Been couple times now. Great food and service! Young man behind the bar (sadly forgot his name) does fabulous job taking care of you. All the food has been great. One of the top pizzas have had in long time! Thank guys!

Revisited the chicken parmigiana plate with pasta. Tasty sauce, nice size portion of pasta with 2 strips of chicken, which was also tasty. Left wanting more. ☹️

my wife had been craving pizza, but just surprising because she often does not want pizza when the rest of us do. Coveat, she wants good pizza. We could not find a decent pizza place where we live, so we traveled to Oakleaf in search thereof. we even ordered a slice from the same named place up the road and we're not impressed so we came here. What a difference! We ordered a large supreme, the garlic knots and a couple of beers on tap. The garlic knots were awesome with so much melted butter it was ridiculous but that was just fine for dipping the pizza crust in later. The pizza itself was covered in toppings and I had to restrain myself to only eat two slices. Leftovers the next day we're just as good. Wish this establishment was closer so that we could go more often, definitely recommend this place.
