I love to come here with my sister and her husband. Always a good time with very attentive service. Their assortment of sauces and condiments bring out your inner chef and creativity. With plenty of protein and vegetable options, you can't go wrong.

My wife and I went to the bathroom at the same time, and they completely cleared our table in the middle of our meal to prep for new customers. Luckily, we got back in time before they seated anyone else. They made no plans to make up for the inconvenience other than a few quick apologies and bringing our soup back to the table and our bill. Only after I expressed my displeasure to my waiter did he go talk to the manager about a discount where they took off 10% (enough to cover our 2 teas) other than that the food was good and our waiter was great. To owner, I have sent a contact form though your website with all of my info. I don't know any other way to provide you my info without putting it here publicly. Thank you very much and I look forward to talking to you

I had an amazing experience at the Korean Buffet! The table grills were so much fun, allowing me to cook our own meats and seafood to perfection. The quality of the food was outstanding, with tender and flavorful cuts of meat and fresh seafood that melted in my mouth. Juliet was friendly and helpful. If you're a fan of Korean cuisine, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

The quality and variety of food is amazing. The food is very fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed that. There is quite a few options for hot pot broth as well. I love the sauce bar and the suggestions that are behind the bar for anyone who may not know what to make or want to try something new. Our server was very attentive, she offered to change our grill very often, she kept our water cups filled, she refilled our broth as soon as it started going down. The experience was overall amazing and worth the wait. My only two cons is that the floor is quite slippery and I had tennis shoes on so it was amplified as well as one side of the restaurant is pretty small and not very spacious and unfortunately it was the side that I was seated on. I hope they’re able to expand in the near future as they do offer really good food and good service.Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian and vegan optionsKid-friendliness: There’s food for everyone and ice cream and other pastriesParking: Quite a few restaurants in the area so ample parking

In A Nutshell:-Top Pot all-around earns me a 5 star rating.-When you add in the combination of both AYCE hot pot and/or AYCE KBBQ, the friendly service, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the organization of all the food & good price you earn a high rating.-All of the meats that were BBQ'd tasted high quality.-The choices of hot pot items were endless, from clams, crawfish, fatty beef, black forest pork, the various mushrooms, veggies, fish balls, red snapper to flounder.-The sauce bar has all you need to create your favorite dipping sauce.Overall, like I said initially, this is a good place to go eat at, the value is top notch at Top Pot.

Great for a family night out. The robot waiter is great entertainment for the little ones. They are also quick to help you understand how to cook the food

Actually pretty neat place. Very pricey. You serve yourself and cook yourself. They help you if you ask.

Food was excellent, the inside gives you a decent cultural vibe of the place. Its a bit on the pricey side really due to any food you don't finish to take it home it's $13.99 per pound, and they charge 20% for food waste. So you are paying for your food twice if you do not finish it. Service was okay can't really elaborate due to it being a self-service restaurant. Also, if you are a vegan or vegetarian and you do not eat meat you do not have to pay for the barbecue but if you have your vegetables and you would like them grilled then they will charge you for a barbecue, (they charge each person per grilling separately) even if you're not eating meat

Probably the best AYCE KBBQ in Jacksonville right now. You've got quality meats that you can choose from at the buffet. I don't know what it is, but it tastes like the meats you get from Izziban in Orlando or Beque in Gainesville. I will say that their pork belly isn't the best and it tastes like bacon to me. The pork belly and the beef brisket are my go-to's. It was a little disappointing that the pork belly wasn't up to par, but the beef brisket is the meat I judge the most, because it's the only one I finish off with when I'm at my threshold. They also have a good selection of ice cream flavors, so it's nice to have a dessert at the end. The waiters and waitresses are pretty good about checking in and refilling your drinks. Other than the pork belly, I am sad we don't get a yakult either. I have yet to go to a AYCE KBBQ restaurant where they don't give you that at the end. But I've been here 3 times in the past month. I will gladly go again.

One of my favorite place! Call for reservation in advance to avoid the line and crowd. Exceptionally good in variety of food and healthy soup and fresh meat and seafood. A great place to dine for friends and family. Orange Park's best restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely ?

This place was fantastic. The service was fantastic. All of the servers were helping each other out, and there was never a moment where we didn’t have what we needed. The food choice of selection was fresh an abundant. The ambience was warm and inviting. We highly recommend this awesome experience.

Top Pot has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Jacksonville. There was literally one week I went three times because it's just so good and I kept craving it. There are two options and both are all you can eat. One is for hot pot soup and the other for hot pot and barbecue. I usually do the hot pot. However, I have also done a barbecue. Both are wonderful! There are a few different soup bases that you can choose from to suit however, you are feeling. Then there are lots of different vegetables, proteins and noodles to choose from to enhance your soup. I like the special bone broth. It has a lot of flavor and when you cook your items in it, it is incredibly tasty. There is also a table to create your own sauces or there are ready-made sauces for use in your soup on your meat, or on the grill. The staff is incredibly nice and very attentive, but never over bearing. If it is your first time, they will walk you through what to do and when they have new things they tell me about it.The restaurant is always clean. The servers are welcoming. And the prices are great for what you get. I have been to many hot pot or all you can eat Korean BBQ restaurants and this is definitely my favorite in Jacksonville and one of my favorite in the US. I highly recommend it and I am sure I will be back within the next couple days!

Some people voted my last post as funny. This business was listed in the results for "vegan" and "gluten free" Only the vegetables on the ingredient bar are vegan. The broths are not vegan.
