All the deets: I haven’t visited Panda in a while and I’m really glad I stopped in tonight. Julian was new and quite happy to serve. He offered a few suggestions (honey sesame chicken) and it was really good! The portions were hearty as always.
I’m not sure why some people complained about staff standing around doing nothing. I arrived in the middle of a lull between customer waves, but the staff were far from standing around. They were cooking, cleaning up, communicating who was responsible for what during their shift and just overall staying busy. They were quick to greet people that came in and were all smiles and friendly the whole time.
If you haven’t tried this Panda in a while, it’s worth a visit. And try the sesame chicken - it’s really good!

Everyone there was very nice I paid for a plate I asked for rice and teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken I got the mushroom chicken but not the teriyaki chicken that I paid for when I got home it wasn't in there

We visited this location a about a month ago and had to witness trash mountain.
We really do like orange chicken from Panda, but we won’t be back. We submitted a complaint to HQ and it was ignored.
Fast forward to today. Went for orange chicken. Place wasn’t too dirty, but after we sat down and started eating, the entire staff behind the serving station starts eating over and around all the food they prepared (including the cook).
These people make a lot of money to be acting like overgrown children. Just disgusting.

Me and my family waited for about 10 minutes while the workers were doing random things. Nobody was ahead of us or anything like that, we just were standing there waiting. Nobody acknowledged us or said anything to us. We eventually got tired of watching the employees act like we were invisible, so we turned to leave. As soon as we opened the door to go, everyone said “have a nice day”. But yet nobody could say “we will be with you in a minute “? It’s as if they were happy we left so that they wouldn’t have to serve us. So unprofessional, and we will go to the one on wells road from now on. The customer service was far better.

Very service animal friendly! Kudos to the management for being well trained in how to interact with service animal teams and what questions they're allowed to ask.
If you’re going to charge $1.50 more for items you shouldn’t count out the smallest portion of any of the other meat items. Total rip off for food that’s already mid. Definitely a corporate problem.
