Writing as a frequent delivery driver I really appreciate how prompt the OP area Panda Express restaurants are with takeout orders.
The food is well-packaged, the stores clean and well-lit, and the staff are super friendly even when they are super busy.
I go an extra mile (or 3) to accept and deliver Panda Express orders which often include good tips, another sign that customers really enjoy the food.

This location has been out of cream cheese Rangoon and other items for more than a week. That’s usually a sign of bad management. It’s only a matter of time before quality follows.

We order a chow mein with chicken teriyaki......when we got home and open the food 80% was cabbage with burned chicken.....we just didn't return because I live far and it was raining.... what a frustration

The food is usually good and the kitchen staff does a great job. But the short haired girl working the counter will give you an attitude if she's stressed out. I waited patiently in line to tell her I had a pickup order, and she proceeded to walk away and help another customer. I had to ask another employee to grab my pickup off the shelf that I had already waited ten minutes to get.

Ordered a bowl with super greens and teriyaki chicken. Was told I had to wait for the super greens. 10 minutes and counting. I asked and am told still waiting. 5 more people came though and got their food as quick as they ordered. Prep lady did offer a free egg roll for my wait. Wasted 1/2 my lunch time waiting. Food was ultimately ok. Chicken was a bit fatty

All the deets: I haven’t visited Panda in a while and I’m really glad I stopped in tonight. Julian was new and quite happy to serve. He offered a few suggestions (honey sesame chicken) and it was really good! The portions were hearty as always.
I’m not sure why some people complained about staff standing around doing nothing. I arrived in the middle of a lull between customer waves, but the staff were far from standing around. They were cooking, cleaning up, communicating who was responsible for what during their shift and just overall staying busy. They were quick to greet people that came in and were all smiles and friendly the whole time.
If you haven’t tried this Panda in a while, it’s worth a visit. And try the sesame chicken - it’s really good!
Everyone there was very nice I paid for a plate I asked for rice and teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken I got the mushroom chicken but not the teriyaki chicken that I paid for when I got home it wasn't in there

We visited this location a about a month ago and had to witness trash mountain.
We really do like orange chicken from Panda, but we won’t be back. We submitted a complaint to HQ and it was ignored.
Fast forward to today. Went for orange chicken. Place wasn’t too dirty, but after we sat down and started eating, the entire staff behind the serving station starts eating over and around all the food they prepared (including the cook).
These people make a lot of money to be acting like overgrown children. Just disgusting.
