Food is mediocre at best but it was ready to consume, not hot or very warm. Visited around 1pm but the Lomein and fried rice were dry & no flavor. The chicken (not sure which type)was tolerable because of the sauce, the texture was mushy. Service was weird, no greetings, no personality, it was like they expected you to know how to order with no interaction with them. They just stared at you & waited until you stated what food you wanted, then filled the container, handed it to you with no expression or thank you but I thanked them. They clearly didn't want to be there. Not a pleasing place to go to.

I ordered the bigger plate, which makes you receive 3 entrees and 1 side, but I only got 2 entrees and one side. The food itself was delicious, but I felt completely scammed.
The cheese rangoon felt old. I looked at the inside, and it was stuffy; I suppose that would be the right English terminology. It felt mushy but reminded me of a fancy cheese substance (not in a good way, if you were curious).
The bag itself was wet too, why is that? My hands felt sticky, but I just assumed it was water. I like to truly believe it was water, a peace of mind would be beneficial here.
I like to think that they would follow their policy of what you are supposed to actually receive, but I guess not. Next time, just head to a Chinese buffet, and serve your own meal with the right amount of entrees.

I just experienced the absolute WORST experience. The Asian lady is very rude. This is my money, and I would appreciate not being rushed to place my order. I’m so disappointed to the point I’ve loss my appetite. I will never do business here again. Zero out of 10 recommended.

Food servings are not as much like before, I giess it depends who is serving. The staff looks stressed, No more smiles, they only have a few people in the store but they look unhappy which affects us customers. Food is the same Chinese cooked food. Place is fairly clean and spacious. The cashier is an exception. She’s the redeemer of the bad vibe. Overall she just added one star to the service.

When I went inside and got in line, there was a homeless man sitting at a nearby table who kept calling out to us and trying to pull us over. We kept backing away, but he continued to bother us and made us feel very uneasy. When I finally reached the counter, I told the woman at the register, who relayed the message to the manager and said it would be handled.
After we got our food, which was mid, the manager came out and pointed directly at us and said, “these people say that you're harassing them,” directing the man’s attention toward us. She clearly had no understanding of how dangerous that could have been. This man had been hitting himself and talking to himself, and instead of de-escalating the situation, she involved us again in a way that felt careless and unsafe.
It wasn’t until someone else complained, nearly 15 minutes later, that she finally removed him. I won’t be returning.

My first time trying Panda Express white rice and half of a chicken breast $11.50 for a bowl wow.
Claudia was very disrespectful. The consistent demonstration of negativity and uncooperative behavior, reflected very poorly on the company. Although the food was satisfying, it was not worth the blatant racism and extra charges.

That particular night they were so busy and they only had one drive through open the line was wrapped around the whole building and we almost got in an accident just trying to get in the line they didn't have both their drive-thru lines open and I thought that was a mistake because it was causing problems. It was alright. Kind of bland tastes in my opinion and was plain, as other Panda Express locations have been. They definitely need to work on the whole situation with the being able to service huge crowds though.
