My Chicken pesto Sandwich had jalapeños
:c I don’t think pesto is supposed to have jalapeños. I did not notice till the day after because I saved my sandwich for later. I don’t mind jalapeños, But visually it is green and chopped up, so if you had like an allergy, you might not be able to notice. It makes me think somebody in the back was hitting their pen a little too much and mixed up the different green sauces. But that’s OK Because food service is hell, I hope they’re doing OK.

I submitted a complaint about my previous order because the avocado toast was black and so hard that I had to throw it out. Management replied with a reward card and apologized so I gave them another chance. Unfortunately, I shouldn't have, because it seems someone purposely sprinkled sharp glass on my toast this time around, and when I called Michael, the manager, he didn't seem to care that my toddler was about to eat glass. I've never seen so many poppy seeds and sesame seeds on an order and I'm sure that was purposely done to attempt to cover these tiny shards. This restaurant needs to be shut down.

I hate that I have to come here and leave a review because the food IS so good. And had I seen a suggestion box I would have just left a note. Not happy about spending 12.99 on a footlong chibatta french dipper sandwich And getting to my car only to find out I've got less than half a cup of dipping sauce. 4 oz to be exact (per the staff). It was barely enough sauce for half a sandwich. So I go back inside to ask if I can get some more sauce; only to get responded to with. ' That's just how it comes' I said 'okay. Well it's barely enough. Could I please get some more?'. To which the answer was 'No. We have no way to ring it up.' The only solution that she could come up with was that she would have to charge me for a cup of soup , which costs $6.69. that makes absolutely no sense!. Now if I were to get half of a sandwich I would get 4 oz of sauce. So Now I have two half sandwiches and the same amount of sauce. Please make that make sense. I go back out to my car to finish my sandwich and my husband Is sitting there dangling a 12-in long piece of hair with cheese hanging off it that he pick from his teeth after taking a bite of said sandwich. Needless to say,my experience tonight was not The experience I was hoping to have after spending that kind of money on a sandwich. Probably won't go back for awhile. Or at least until they figure out how to wear hair nets & put a button on the register for extra sauce.

I was having an awful night. I was post partum I had just returned to work at the clinic and all of my kids were sick. I was all over the place and so scattered with my order. There was a young black gentleman working the drive through, Anthony. He was so patient with me and amazingly empathetic. I was crying and hard to understand so he had me pull to the window, calmed me down and very nicely took my order. I am writing this review so late this experience occurred in late September or so. A negative experience at a different restaurant reminded me of how great and needed my experience was that night. If his managers see this and he still works there give that kid a raise! I hate I didn’t get the last name but he was a young black gentleman working at the orange park location

Why does this location always get things wrong? If they just said so at the window, Hey we're out of avocado would you like a different sandwich?! Then I would order something different and go on with my day. But this crap happens every.time.I.order.drive thru. Someone is not communicating. And it's not me. I asked for avocado.

The drive thru is extremely slow moving and you are blocked the employees are rude the food was just ok but the service I got along with it made paying $13 for a small cup of soup and half a sandwich feel criminal. Definitely won’t be back
