The drive thru is extremely slow moving and you are blocked the employees are rude the food was just ok but the service I got along with it made paying $13 for a small cup of soup and half a sandwich feel criminal. Definitely won’t be back

Today I gave you guys another try but this time via DoorDash. The food was delivered and guess what no sandwich so I called the restaurant to let them know that there was missing food and the guy apologized and I told I want my money back and he told me that it would take a couple of days. While this was going on the manager ask him to ask me if I wanted the sandwich to be sent to me and I told him NO. The food should have been in the bag with the rest of my family’s food. These company want to take the money and provide horrible customer service and still expect people to continue to shop with them. I’m starting to think that customer service is a joke. This store and its staff need to do better. Never again will I spend the block on any establishment that can’t get my food order correct.

When I walked in I was not greeted but as I walked out they said have a good day. Ordered my food at the kiosk and people came in after me and was gone. The employees were more concerned about a bag of bagels that they missed placed instead of fulfilling my order. This location sucks and when you order on DoorDash they always leave things out of the bag. And to the lady that put the cream cheese in the bag couldn’t understand what I meant to pay for it to save her life. Y’all need mandatory training for the front of your house.

I love it here, specially the very kind Chassity, the cashier who took our order , she’s my favorite and the guys who are giving out our orders. Very friendly spirited smiling, respectful and courteous people. Place is clean, the ambiance, has an outdoor option, lots of parking area, great freshly made food. My favorite Panera place for now. I’ll see if other stores reflect the same vibe.
