Quality has gone way down & prices way up. Since the sip club has become popular seems all coffee & tea is weak & watered down barely has any taste. Wish they would stop cutting quality. Staff is always friendly.

I really like Panera. Went after church to get breakfast they ran out of croissants, they ran out of sausage after ther charged us for it. Don't know what happened just bad all around ?

The staff is always very friendly. my only complaint would be that they have added kiosks so they don't even have to take the orders. they also have taken away servers, bringing out the food or cleaning up afterwards. it's now self pick up and self clean up. yet. Yet, they still request an additional tip on the credit card or debit card receipt if you'd like. I tip for additional service, not just to augment their income, which should come from the employer. Preparing the food is their job. I don't get tips for just doing my job. Again, thank you for the pleasant attitudes and great food.
The were out of the bread type I wanted but it was on the later side of things. They also forgot my chips as my side and the cheese in my French onion

We used the drive through so really can't gauge the inside of the restaurant or the atmosphere. Customer service was pretty good and we got our orders in a timely manner. I love Panera but I don't eat there often as it is pretty pricey. However, the portion sizes are decent, could be a little bigger. What we got this time around:Toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich: 8/10 - My husband's favorite sandwich and he had no complaints about it. It comes with either chips or an apple. This was his rating. The bread was perfectly toasted and everything tasted great from what he said. Kid's ham sandwich: 8/10 - I wasn't craving anything and wasn't too hungry so I ordered a Kid's size ham sandwich that came with dijon mustard, fresh onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and ham. It was honestly a big size for a kid's sandwich (not that I'm complaining haha) and it was fresh and delicious. I didn't like how the onions were all over the place. The sandwich wasn't neat and was little messy to eat but nonetheless, I appreciate them stuffing the sandwich. It came with either kettle chips or an apple and I chose an apple. The apple was fresh and crunchy. The drive-through was quick and service was pretty fast. I took maybe 15 minutes from ordering and getting our food. Overall, I will continue to come here and order other things from their menu to try. As I mentioned, Panera is a little pricey so this is more so of like if "we're in the area type of thing." I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
