Worst Papa John’s pizza I have ever had. I wish I could post a picture of what it looks like. Completely flat including the crust. It looks like a thin crust but it’s an original crust. Not to mention it was supposed to have extra sauce but it’s almost bone dry. Absolute trash. Papa John’s locations are usually pretty consistent but this one obviously has some issues. Shame on management for letting this pizza go out to a customer.

The wings were the size of a cotton swab (metaphorically), still the smallest i have ever seen. I guess you get what you pay for but considering they were still over $1 a wing, I still feel cheated. The reason they got 2 stars is because the hot sauce was pretty good. The problem with the sauce is that it was poured over the wings and not tossed with them. And to think it was harder to get lower than the mediocre pizza.

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Papa John’s. The pizza arrived seriously cold, even though the tracking app showed it had been picked up 30 minutes earlier. To make matters worse, it still took another 30 minutes to travel just 2.8 miles to my house. By the time it finally got here, it wasn’t even remotely fresh or enjoyable.
This isn’t the quality or service I expect when I order from Papa John’s. If they’re going to offer delivery tracking, it needs to reflect accurate times, and the delivery process needs to be way more efficient. Sadly, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively.

I’d actually never had Papa John’s before, but wanted to get the jack-o’-lantern pizza on Halloween for my kids. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency this location had on a busy holiday, and I was even more impressed with how cute and tasty the pizza was!
