Papa Johns Pizza

So we picked up pizza for dinner tonight and it was one of the best pizzas we have ever had. It knocked it out of the park. My son said " whoever made this must really love there job, it is soo good"

Casey is wonderful. He fixed our order and made it so much better. The night before we got a pizza and it was not up to par and there were a few things that had been left out but Casey was quick to fix it and very pleasant to speak with. Definitely deserves a raise and recognition. Thank you so much.

I ordered pizza from here and yet again my order was incorrect. I was told that my order would be remade, but they only did 1/2 of my order after I drove back to pick it up. So, I had a cold pizza at home and one hot. Additionally, they stated they would refund my order and did not do that. I will not order from here again. They had a ton of employees and were really busy standing around talking about Subway versus Firehouse. I get that’s it’s fast-food, but I’m still a paying customer and deserve what I ordered. The incorrect pizza below, I HATE olives and onions on pizza. 🤢

There is never no toppings on their Pizza they claim to be the best maybe at one time but now when you get 126 of pepperoni on a large pizza what the heck is that called

I was in charge of food for a group of approx. 40 people. I went in a few days before to advise the mgr. of what I needed and when. Then stopped in and placed the order the morning before (15) assorted pizzas. The manager was great to work with. When I went to pick up the
Pizzas the next afternoon they were ready and hot. Everyone enjoyed their pizza and I will be doing it again next year. Thank you! My husband & I enjoy an occasional Papa Johns. 😋

Pizza sauce has too much acid for my taste buds.
They now charge.65 cents for the sauce that came with the pizza. That's what used to make papa johns renowned. Now it's extra, pizza was $20 bucks 4 the stuff crust. The crust tasted better than the pizzA.
When we walked into this store to pick up our order the place smelled like butt.

I had a large pizza delivered to my house while I was at work for my two teenage boys. When the delivery driver Bobby brought my son's their food he was very rude with my son who is autistic and only 16 years old. Bobby proceeded to demand a tip from my son and got rude when my son had no idea what he was talking about about as again I paid for it over the phone and was at work. I'm just disgusted with that kind of behavior from a grown man towards a child. There was no need for that at all. So beware if you don't plan on tipping or are having food delivered for your children then make you ask that Bobby not be the one who comes. Just rude. Ive never had a bad experience and I have ordered from here a bunch while at work for my kids. Never once had someone act this way towards my children.

Skimped on the toppings and the crust was like a pre-made grocery store crust. What happened to Pappa John's Pizza? Not worth the money.

After my account being hacked, I contacted this store to advise that an order was placed for a customer that hacked into my account. The customer had changed their name to “Bryce T” on my account for a pickup order and that it was fraudulently paid for. When the “manager” spoke with me, he advised there was nothing he could do and me asking for help from him regarding my papa John’s account was like asking him to fix my Instagram account. I have never had such poor customer service and unprofessional from a company ESPECIALLY from a manager. Do better store Papa John’s.

Got a pizza as thin as paper and when I called to get it fixed, they messed it up a second time and then we were told they wouldn’t try and fix it again.
