What a disappointment. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a gluten.Free bread stick for my wife. The pizza came okay.The breadsticks did not come square cut.They came cut like a cheese pizza. Order took a long lead time and was in my opinion.Sub par VS Papa John's.I have ordered in the past.

I visited yesterday to get a refund from a horrible order last week. Employee says, I only have 1's can you wait 15 minutes while I open the safe??? Nope. I'm on my way to work. And I was. Won't be ordering again anytime soon.

Papa John's has lost their mind. There is a $5 delivery fee, none of which goes to the driver. So it's just an extra $5 going to the shareholder's pocket. This is a pizza place, delivery is what it's for. To extort this extra cash from customers is ridiculous. I'm only ordering because my kid wants to try your stuffed crust, this will be my final order with the company.

Well a white Kia soul pulled in and the driver was RUDE!!!! What on heavens earth was you guys thinking when you hired him . Worst customer service ever for delivery ?Never again will I do business with you guys again.
What a disgusting mess! Jackie handed me a box, then came back two minutes later to say she gave me the wrong pizza (sorry to the person who probably received their pizza box that was handled by a stranger.) The manager had a new pizza sent out about 40 minutes later. The delivery guy was nice and I appreciate that he had me check out the new pizza before he left. I'm glad I kept the sauces I purchased from the second box, because the good pizza I received didn't have the add-ons. In a situation like this, the manager should have called back to check on the customer. Terrible experience.

Jim was a great individual, today he went above and beyond the acts of service and duty and helped me bring boxes down to my car, little did he know my knee has been swollen all morning and extra trips up the apartment building stairs would have caused more stress than necessary. Jim was an Angel in disguise, thanks Jim!
