Think gas station pizza. That's my assessment of what I partially consumed tonight. Perhaps that's some folks thing, but it's certainly not what I classify as a great or even good pizza experience.

The young man that was working was the absolute kindest and respectfully pleasant person. That I've had the pleasure of meeting in a very long time .He was so respectful and so kind and just such a nice change In the majority of young adults that u run into these days ..He deserves recognition for being g a very respectful kind polite and wonderful employee.I left feeling better that I did when I walked Into the store and that's the way it should be at any establishment.He could teach a few much older em.ployees a few things ..He deserves a raise and recog ition.

We purchased 4 family sized pizzas from Papa Murphy's today and ordered online. When I picked them up and got home, I unwrapped two to cook. I had requested light sauce, it had regular sauce. I paid extra for onions to be added. We found the large edges with no sauce or toppings on all pizzas with scant cheese, tomatoes, etc. I called the manager and she said they sent her to that store because the previous people were adding too many toppings to the pizza and blamed these pizza making deficiencies on the other young man in the store instead of taking ownership is the issue. I called back requesting the other pizzas be re-made and she refused. We were a weekly purchaser for more than 10 years at this shop. We will no longer be ordering from this store. Poor customer service and I found the manager to be rude to her employees.

Disgraceful, it is a poka dot pizza, and has the ingredients separated into little dots of cheese, little dots of sauce, little dots of onions.

It has normally been hit or miss with this location. However, this visit was by far the best. The pizza looked great, sometimes skimpy on toppings, and sometimes toppings looked thrown together. This man, Dante, took his time, pizza looked amazing, and the best part, Dante's personality. Witty, funny, energetic, and seems like he loves his job! Please keep this guy, it is hard to find happy employees!! A +!!!!

Went in on a busy Friday and was surprised when there was only one employee working. I figured it would take a while to make my pizzas since I was a walk in. But Donte is a rock star employee! He carried on good conversation and was super fast and efficient making our pizzas.You've got a great employee in Donte!
I have been to Papa Murphy's in other locales, and was usually quite happy with the product. I ordered a calzone and a club salad with Caesar dressing. What I ended up with was a folded over piece of pizza dough and a chicken Caesar salad that I did not order. Bad on me for not checking the bag before I walked out. However, since I was the only customer it seemed at the time I would assume that the employee would have read the order a little more closely when I made it online. The calzone didn't have any toppings inside of it other than a very thin layer of pepperoni mushrooms and bacon. And there was virtually no cheese. Definitely not going to order again from here. It was sad. At least the employee who created me was nice. That's about the only positive thing I have to say about this experience.

My OCD took a lick with this trip. I think this was the first time that my Papa Murphy’s pizza was not assembled in a symmetrical manner. Will not affect the taste.Training and time will help teach that it is easier and faster to place the toppings methodically and systematically, symmetrical.Still gonna enjoy it!

The greeting was good walking in. The area where all meats and veggies are kept was very untidy looked dirty with much of it looking old. The chicken they used on the pizza once out of the oven had a very old taste we ended picking all the chicken off. That was a $17 pizza and the chicken was bad. I would have to say due to the area where the veggies and meats are kept I would go back that was very unsettling and it just looks so unkept not clean. The salami was not of normal color at all. Wilted spinach there was a mix of meat in some of the veggie containers. Old food left not cleaned up. They used to be great a couple of years ago now well not so much

They literally hired my fiancee and roommate 5 days ago and then they fired them over a customer complaining today, instead of giving them a warning. Hope this company rots. Never eating there ever. Guess it shows a customer is always right.
