If it wasn’t for the gigantic burger for $14.25, it would have been two stars. The pool is great, and the place is packed. The lines are long but that’s because it’s such a huge place. They usually have at least 5 people taking orders at once up and down stairs. I’m standing in line downstairs and ask for a medium rare burger and get told the burgers come frozen and they can only be served one way. Super disappointing because I love a good pink burger. The most aggravating part of my night was telling the guy how I want my burger and asking what comes on it and he tells me “there’s a long line man come on.” I don’t know if you realize how rude it is to rush someone who isn’t going slow, but don’t tell me to hurry up when all I’m doing is asking questions. It kills the vibe and the mood and makes me feel unwanted and rushed for asking simple burger questions like what comes in it. Chill out and realize lines are unavoidable and people have preferences. I’ll do four stars next time if people will calm down and not rush me when I’m ordering. Not cool at all!

They have now gone Smoke Free. It still has some residual smell but much better and you can enjoy playing without smelling like disgusting smoke when you leave. Great decision. Good food and good service. Now you can enjoy playing pool!!

Been going to this pool hall for years. Used to be great, friendly staff. I wish I could still say that but tonight was the complete opposite. They had a shooting outside and our cars were block in parking lot till 3:30am on top of that the staff was being very rude to everyone about the situation. They ended up kicking us out in the cold knowing we could not leave until the police ended their investigation. Ten plus years of playing pool at this establishment and tonight was my last. The staff is rude and arrogant on top of that they don't care about your saftey at all.
