Pizza was dry AF!!! Not enough sauce, not enough cheese and the stuffed crust was barely stuffed. But mostly the pizza was extra dry! You can tell by how flat it is that there’s not enough cheese

$15 for 2 orders of wings and 2 orders of fries. I've been to other pizza huts and was appalled to see barely sauced wings and some skimpy amount of fries.

Negative experience with order accuracy. I contacted Pizza Hut customer no service and they stated that management from the store would be contacting me within 3 days. 14 days later and no contact. An issue that could be easily resolved has gone ignored. Customer service is not something management seems to care about.

Absolutely freaking horrible. They deliver with door dash so my estimated delivery 2 blocks away ended up taking an entire hour. Recieved soggy Luke warm bs. Ordered their new crisp crust tavern style.

Do NOT go to this Pizza Hut. Food was terrible. Overcooked tasted rubbery like it was not fresh and frozen. Delivered to me not hot but barely warm. They also forgot part of my order. Instead of delivering me my order. They issued me a credit. I’m sure the credit doesn’t include the money I paid to have it delivered Or part of a tip I gave. If I ever do order again WHICH I WILL NOT, I the only way to get my missing item would to pay the taxes and new delivery fee AGAIN!!
Supervisor was so rude. Probably why she works there. With employees’ such as her, I’m sure more Pizza Huts will be closing.

Ordered curbside pickup tonight. This place is soooooo horrible! No one in the restaurant would pick up the phone, called twice to see if someone would answer. No one did, call went to corporate office while I could see the workers talking to each other as I was calling, so I went in. No one came to the front desk, even though they knew I came in, had to yell out “HELLO,” they saw me come in. I called again, while in the restaurant, to make sure the phone was working, it was and “No” no one answered! So I told him it was me calling. This place needs to be shut down. I’ll go to the other Pizza Huts before coming back to this one. I’m done. This is not the first problem I’ve had with this place.
I recently ordered a pan pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks from this store, and they have greatly improved since the last time I ordered there. The pizza was ready on time, it was cooked well, and my order was accurate.
Totally shocked because the meal was above and beyond. Fresh, packed with toppings. The wings were cooked to perfection. One of the very few good experiences eating out. Whoever was working on 2/27/24 at 8:30pm is wonderful!

Would have given a zero star rating but had to give one to post review. Called to order some pizzas 5, on a week day at 2pm.The assistant manager said she could not take the order because they only have a certain amount of pizza dough. Really!?? Is that how you keep your business going by turning down orders? Manager - you might want to rethink how you make a profit and keep customers. Will be taking my business to Rena's, they rock!!!
