Wow I made a mistake when placing an order and Lucious helped me with my error. His customer service is on point! I would have never expected anyone to go above and beyond at a Pizza place and wow! As a matter of fact I told my roommate I don't know what's wrong with the Kingsley Pizza Hut but I am ready to give up on Pizza Hut. I don't know but Lucious is also an excellent Pizza maker!

I placed an order tonight and a man by the name of James (I hope I remember correctly) was very kind and patient with me. I was in a car accident about 2 months ago that left me with a temporary speech impairment. He made me feel very comfortable and didn't make me feel as if I had to rush. The young lady that delivered my pizza was very kind and pleasant. I literally cried when she left because in a world that moves so fast. So many don't have patience with people with disabilities. My pizza and brownies are fresh and my soda is cold. Thanks so much for choosing great employees to work for your establishment. They made me see that customer service is not obsolete. It has to be in the heart of the people providing the service.
